May 9, 2012Currently still unable to update device product cod: 059M539. I'm not alone a number of other users with same product code reporting this issue with same product code:Lumia 800 Update Thread (Bottom of page 14 and 15)It's a non-carrier varient (Sim free) so no operator to approve update.Nokias own website lists the update as available for this product code in the UK:Nokia Lumia Update Page But still unable to download for a long while now - This update has been out ages. No luck with e-mail support - They keep saying it depends on country/product code (Which I checked on the website!) and send stock replies which is frustrating. Please can we get a proper response on this or someone to check it out/diagnose the problem.I'm stuck on 1600.2475.7720.11414 and Nokias website says 1600.2487.8107.12070 should be available for my device. I've tried updating via Zune on PC and Windows Phone 7 connector on Mac but it always says its up-to-date despite the fact it clearly isn't.

Feb 5, 2014I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 that is rejecting the code when I enter it in the pin code box but the mayor problem is that the attempts are not wasting. It does go lower than the 9th attempt. I already tried rebooting it and factory resetting it and the phone it goes back to the 10th attempts and again it doesn't go any lower the the 9th attempt.

Jul 19, 2012I received notification of the most recent firmware update, so inevitably I chose to upgrade. I connected it to my computer and ran the update and things seemed fine until I tried to text somebody and it would kick me back to the main messages menu, or if I would try responding to an email, it would kick me back to the email menu. I even tried turning on wi-fi and it would again just kick me back to settings>system.I tried chatting with support this morning and I was told to try resetting my phone via Zune. I tried this and received an error during the reset process while doing so -> 801812E0. My IMEI is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. My current software version shows up as "Unexpected Data Value"?

Feb 8, 2010My N73 worked correctly until 3 week ago,suddenly i see when i press button 2, it write 7 ! and continue whit 887734... !then i reset it by code " *#7370# " but problem not solved !i tried 3rd time but the problem was existing yet !Then I opened the keypad and clean it, and restarted again,it worked and all of keys was correct. i set a lock code, and it was working true,until yesterday. Since yesterday, it didn't work , I get my IMEI to a site, and it gives me a ten digit code that calls master code, and said if I enter this code instead of my forgotten code ( I didn't forget it,it didn't work) it will accept by phone. But when I enter the master code it says "code error" too. I tried to hardware reset , but when i hold 3,* & green buttons and turn it on, phone asks me "continue using the phone in offline mode? " (it asks since when i tried to enter deference codes for several times), and i should to answer this and press other keys instead of these 3 buttons, so it didn't work too, I opened it key pad and clean again,but it couldn't help.

Jul 19, 2012I have been trying to update my Lumia which I haven't updated since I bought it in February this year. When I try to update in the Zune software, a message tells me my phone is up to date.
The current software loaded onto the phone is version 7.10.8107.79 which clearly is an older version. The precise message I get on the Zune software is as follows:
"Your phone is up to date Current phone software version: 7.10 (8107)"
Also, no updates are found when I check for updates on the phone itself.

Because I was using my work laptop I got the Zune message that updating is not recommended as I am not using my primary computer. So I cancelled the update.
