Dec 4, 2012Bought a sim-free 920 from Phones 4 U and set the date and time correctly on setup, but have noticed on two occasions that the time and date were displayed incorrectly.
I have also noted that switching to "set automatically" does not alter the time and date correctly. When I first got the phone it was set to Automatic. After the first time I noticed the incorrect time/date, I set it manually, but for some strange reason, it happened again: the date and time were incorrect.
I have set it manually again, and waiting for the problem to re-occur...

Jan 5, 2013the indicated battery level is often incorrect. Today again the battery icon was approximatively 40% (the same value is displayed in the Settings) and shortly after, the phone goes off, the battery completely empty. Sep 24, 2012Our office recently bought a handful of the Nokia Lumia 880 phones for our "out of office" staff. These phones have all been updated to the latest versions of the software/firmware using Zune on a desktop.
There still appears to be a problem with incoming calls showing the incorrect contact. It appears to be ignoring the first 4 digits of the phone number and only matches the last part. We live in Australia and have to mobile syntax of 04 XXXX XXXX. Numbers saved in the phone are saved without spaces like: 0401234567
Here's an example of how to repeat the bug.
Say this is a friends number: 0450100200 and you have that saved in your phone as Friend 1
If you have a second friend with a similar number on a different network like: 0417100200 and Friend 2 calls you, the contact name for Friend 1 will appear on the call screen.
We tested this theory by adding my number into the phone as a brand new contact, but we changed the first few digits of the number. My phone number was not originally in the phone, but when I called, my name appeared on the screen, even though the number saved was different to my actual number.
I don't know whether anyone else has this issue, but I would like to get it resolved. It seems sloppy design for the numbers to be loosly matched like this.

Apr 6, 2012I was trying to sync the unit with my PC the other day to back -up my contacts and SMS messages when it prompted me to enter a password. I initially keyed-in the password that I inputted to the device when I got surprised that it prompted an error message (I remember my password really well and normally do not have problems with this.). Thinking that since I am syncing my phone device to my PC, it might be prompting for my PC password (as opposed to my phone password), so I also tried my PC password, again an "Incorrect Password" message. Thinking it might be some default password, I also tried 1234 and 12345 and still both failed! Now, I am down to my last try (4/5 tries already), or else "All information will be erased".Is the password being prompted my ORIGINAL phone password? Does syncing the phone with the PC "change" the password of my device to that of my PC? Also, since my password includes numerals, I am now suspecting that I may not have pressed the Alt Key hard enough to properly register the numerals? Although in the past, I didn't really encounter a similar problem keying-in my password that's why all this is a surprise for me.I am tempted to use the touch screen qwerty for my last try to ensure that I am typing in the right password, inclusive of the numerals. I just need a reassurance that the phone password is the same, and that syncing the devise did not change it.

The account was working perfectly and nothing changed. I still use the email on my desk top so I know it is valid. It may even fetch the mail occasionally.

Jun 19, 2012This is for a friends iPhone 4S. She always forgets her itunes password so I went to reset it for her through her phone. I went through everything and it said that it was reset to the new one. So then I updated her apps and that worked just fine. Then I went to download Pandora for her and it told me that her password was incorrect. Clearly it wasn't. I tried a few more times and it still didn't work. So then I reset it again. I tried resetting her password about 10 times and it still always says that it's wrong. I don't know what is going on. I've also tried restarting her phone and still nothing.

Mar 13, 2012My exchange for gmail was working fine. Email, contacts and calendar. Then I was asked for the password because a pop up said it was incorrect. No matter how many times I enter the correct password, it stills says incorrect. I have tried the following
1. Delete and reinstall all email accounts several times. When I re-create the gmail exchange everything verifies and a minute later, I gt the pop up.
2. Delete iCloud account
3. Change password and try again
4. Add gmail account under gmail and that works fine but I'm still not getting my contacts.
5. Unlock captcha. When I follow the link I get a screen saying my identity needs to be verified and them I click okay and the screen says I have 10 minutes to use password on device. I never get he option to enter the scrambled code on my PC or phone Tried google double verification. None of these have worked despite multiple attempts. I have recently switched to google chrome and am using it under my PC laptop and iMac.
