Nokia Pictures/Videos :: Can't Receive Or Send Photos
Jun 5, 2010I am having problems with my Nokia 2330 - Cant seem to be able to send or receive photos. When I receive a photo text from someone. the following message keeps saying "Uknown network error" and I cannot view it at all, I have tried to retrieve it, but wont do it. Also I cant send photos, which is rubbish. My phone lets me take photos and they get stored no problem.

Apr 24, 2012I have a Nokia Lumia 710 and when it was connected to my PC (via USB, using Zune) I deleted the already sync'd photos and videos that existed on my PC (in Documents&SettingsAdministrator..) and (unfortunately) the Zune software automatically erased these files from my phone!In order to use a PC undelete software for my phone, the phone needs to appear as a drive letter (ie. G:) on my PC when connected. How can this be accomplished? When I connect it, it doesn't appear as a drive letter (tried it in Windows XP and Vista). I already tried undeleting the files on my PC but the undelete software couldn't do this.

Dec 7, 2012My 822 is duplicating music, videos & pictures. I have 10-12 copies of some songs & pictures. It stops duplicating videos at 3 copies. It does not do it with all music, photo's or videos, so I do not think it is a card issue. I have a new Sandisk 64gb class 10 card that I formatted with this phone. Photo's music & videos were loaded to card through the phone by hooking up cable to windows 7 computer drag & drop/cut & paste. I can delete extra pictures, but I cannot delete extra videos or music. If you delete one of the copies, none of them will play. When you delete photos, there will be new copies by the next day. Have had this phone since the release at Verizon... Like the phone, but the video playback is very choppy & these duplicating issues are insane.

Dec 6, 2015I've had the Lumia 950 XL for about a week now. I was a bit concerned about overheating given the past history of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, but I did not have any problem until today. I was taking photos and shooting short two- or three-minute videos when the phone started becoming hotter and hotter. In the middle of a video I got an "overheating" alert on the screen and the phone rebooted on its own. After that it kept rebooting every 5 or ten minutes for a few times before stabilizing again. Now it's back to normal, but if taking a few videos is enough to bring the 950 XL down on its knees, it's definitely a show-stopper.

This is basically OK, but the problem is: not only my own recorded videos are synced, but also video podcasts which I have downloaded on my phone, and any other videos I might have put on my sd-card.This is sometimes a few hundred megabytes, so it always takes ages to synchronize my photos.Is there a way to make Ovi Suite sync only pictures, not videos? Or is it possible to only sync videos that were recorded on the phone itself, not downloaded podcasts etc.?

Usually, such files are accessible by plugging it to a computer, with the phone either set to PC Suite or Mass Storage Mode.That was before. Now I can't. I've just noticed it just a week ago or so, and this problem still continues until now.I'm not sure what caused this, and I didn't have this problem before. I'm not sure either if this problem was caused by my recent update to Nokia Belle.Old photos and videos taken are completely accessible but the new ones I've recently captured are not accessible via PC Suite or Mass Storage Mode. It does not show in my PC or my laptop (both runs on Windows 7). The photos and videos are only accessible in the phone itself. Dec 5, 2011Last week I noticed that all my photos and videos have are missing from gallery and i thought I might have deleted them accidentally, but discovered tht after taking a picture they go missing withing a short time, A carefull search with OVI suite and my PC revealed tht all the videos and photos are still in the E;mass memory but for some reason I cant access them from my phone.
I also noticed tht there seem to be a problem with the E:mass memory when I access it through file manager. I cannot access any of my folders saved in the E: memory.

Sep 19, 2011I have recently got a C3-01 phone. I saved some photos of my baby son to the My Albums folder. I then deleted the photos from "Photos" on the display. However, it deleted the ones I had saved in the newly created album. These are now lost, which was very upsetting for me and my wife.
