When making phone calls sometimes you have to enter numbers (to get an extension/to get a service/a department, etc.)Is there an easy way to do this on your digital dialing pad, or is this only possible via the slide out physical key board?

My second Bionic and having issues with dialing in on conference calls, I dial the 855 number then dial the password and the phone just stops entering numbers and blacks out, the 1st one did the same thing very frustrating it freezes all the time on the digits.

Also how do you change between normal text entering and the predictive entering?
My daughter's phone has started doing something very strange with her contacts - if you enter a number and save it - when you go back to that contact the number has changed - it seems to another number in her address book - it's really bonkers. The phone is only a couple of months old - should we send it back or is there anything we can do? Also she says she has problems hearing people she calls but his is probably a different issue.

The phone is there but all I can do is make an emergency call without first entering the lock code. Is this how it should be? Also, when charging I read that at the bottom of the screen it should tell you how much time left to charge. How can I make it happen?

I have tried going through all the settings and everything I could think of to try and fix th problem but nothing would help. This is frustrating as when I recieve a call I have no idea who it is from, or who to call back!
