E72 working with IMAP server.I can see my inbox properly and it synchs fine. The issue is that whenever I try to send a mail (even a simple text one) it gets stacked in the outbox, without any error, it just doesn't send no matter how many time I select "send receive now".
View 4 RepliesI'm having a problem with my N97 mini. I have set up Nokia Messaging, and it seems to be syncing up with no problem. I managed to recieve emails into the Inbox. The problem is when I send an email it goes into the Outbox folder and doesn't send. When I select Send/Recieve it doesn't send it and it just stays in the folder.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI've had the Motorola Atrix for a few days now and I've found out that when I compose an email or try to reply one using the default app it gets stuck in the Outbox folder. I didn't experience this bug with Gmail.

I've been using my N8 with my virgin mail account happily for about a year. Recently I've found that outgoing messages are getting stuck in the outbox. They sometimes send (several days later) after I have restarted my phone. I thought I would try removing the mail box and starting again, after a couple of attempts the mail box was removed, but when I tried to set it up again.
It seemed to hang in the middle of the task and I ended up with a mail box with a string of hexadecimal numbers as the mailbox name. Now I cannot remove it : whenever I try to remove it, I get as far as 'removing mailbox' and then it just hangs there (have left it overnight). Possibly related, I have had a couple of messages recently about phone memory being full, but if i look at it through file manager it has 116MB free, and nothing in there which looks like it could obviously be removed.
i m using Nokia 5530 for last 3 months, since yesterday i am unable to send messages as they are stuck in outbox with update"Resend at (say) 9:23" , i have done soft reset of mobile but the prob is not fixed as yet. i have checked with service provider and also my sim on other cell, it works fine over there, when i insert another sim in my cell, the problem persists/

All my sms's I receive on my phone show in the inbox of my outlook, (So that part works).When trying to send an SMS from my outlook(Desktop PC) it gets to my galaxy s2, in the mail outbox but doesnt send.why is the text message in outbox on phone and not messaging outbox?If i go into the mail outbox on the phone and try to send it manually it still doesn't send.not sure where to look to solve the issue. (Phone settings or exchange settings)?

How to send ALL message that is in Outbox without doing it one by one sending?
All status is either deferred, or failed. is there a way that can auto resend but not doing it one by one?
I have hundred of message un-send and stuck in outbox.
Whenever I send photo's via Gmail they sit in the outbox forever. I have to kill the Gallery or the Media Storage service and then the photo will go. Regular emails go fine. I have tried resetting all the cache on each of the applications and still nothing. I also reformatted my storage and still the same problem.

I have a lumia 900. Is there a way to send certain calls right to voicemail? I use my cell phone for my business and I get telemarketing calls on occasion (Business phones are exempt from DNC). It's nice to send future calls right to voicemail. My android phone used to have this feature and I have tried with Nokia to no avail.

I have set up my yahoo mail account on my Nokia C6-01. I receive mails as they should do. But I Cant send mail. When I compose a mail and try to send it it just stays in outbox. I have set the mailbox settings correctly. While my gmail account works fine to send mails. Mails are sent instantly. Is anyone else going thru this trouble? And I Cant set up the Ovi mail mailbox. It was displaying "cannot get mail" and couldn't connect to the server, even after I updated my password on the phone. It seemed like it was reverting to my old password, even after I successfully changed it.Â
I switched to trying to access Yahoo through Mail - Other and it worked. I can receive my e-mails, but now it is not letting me send outgoing mails. It says "doesn't accept relays".

I checked out the forum and saw that other users of Nokia 5530 XpressMusic are facing the same problem and the solutions given there are not working out for me.I would really love it if people at Nokia will fix this bug ASAP.and I would really love to read the solution if anyone else was able to solve this problem on their phone.. because Hard Reset deletes everything on my phone, my contacts, my applications etc.
View 15 Replies View Relatedwhen you try to send a normal text message (not mms) it just sits in your outbox? - i have spoken to my service provider and they've ruled out its their network (which i already knew, as i tried my sim card in my husbands mobile and i was able to send txts no problems and we're with the same company and have the same phone).
I've updated the software and my service provider also sms'd me their set up details and it still refuses to send any messages - i can receive messages and i can send MMS (picture) messages, but normal txts just sit in my outbox. My service provider has said they think its an issue with my actual handset but as im one month out of their 12 month warranty cover, if i want it looked it at i have to pay for it , i havent done anything to it (ie dropped it etc) and it was working fine on thursday, the problem only started yesterday afternoon.
I just bought a N8 and have a little problem with a message. As I did not have a proper connection when I sent it the message went to the outbox. Now its stuck there.Its not sent and I can't delete it. In 'Google' I was reading that older Nokia phones had also this problem. But the N8 is brand new, so how can this happen ? Will Nokia make an update any time soon or have you folks an other solution for me ?

On the old thread it sounded like I have no choice, but that was re: a different type of BB. If anyone knows how to even get into my options to look I'd appreciate it. I've read how other people are getting there - going from the main menu to email settings/options/advanced settings, etc, but I can't find all the "options" I need.

Also, when I plug in earphones (and I have tried three different apple earphones, and a pair of SONY headphones) the audio is panned hard right, and there are snatches of some kind of interference in the left ear/headphone, yet when I play it normally, through the speakers, the audio is panned equally.

I can't send mail, but i can receive, and reply to them! when i write one, the contacts dont appear in the "to" section and i dont have the option "send".
My BB worked fine not so long ago, but after coming back from support, this has started to happen. I deleted and recreated all my accounts, tried all sorts of things, but nothing works.
I have a new BOLD, i have set up the e-mail and it will only send not recieve. I have deleted the settings and re-configured. I have even backed up and then securty wiped and started agian.
