Nokia :: E52 Can No Longer Send Or Receive Messages / Audio / MMS
Aug 9, 2010
I have been unable to send or receive text messages and audio/mms. After some investigation, I believe the issue is a memory one. Once I change the "Memory in use" setting to phone memory rather than my 8GB microSD card I can send and receive messages.I tried to delete text messages from the memory card but nothing happened, they will not delete.
My N79 no longer sends the text messages I write...
I was in Kenya for 4 weeks, it worked fine there both with my regular sim card and a Kenyan one. When I got to the airport in Istanbul I could no longer send messages.
I tried again in Munich and then when I got back home to Sweden- still doesn't work!
I downloaded an upgrade to see if that would work but nope- still nothing.
Please help me sort out an issue I have with my, new N85 phone. I can receive text msgs but cannot send them. I have followed the guides that i have got from Nokia but the phone won't allow me to change the message centre number that I have been given. It says that i am unable to change it as the phone is reading from the sim card. I have put the sim into another nokia phone and it shows the right number. why won't it see it on the new phone and why won't it let me change it.
This is the wrong time of year not to be able to send texts, all my family and friends have stopped talking to me as they think I'm being rude!
It says "Unable to receive or send new messages. Device storage full. Remove data to free memory."It has 21GB of space left.I've made 7 calls since I bought it 7 days ago. I've made 50 text messages. I have 780 songs and 10 videos and 200 pictures. It still has 21GB and says that I have enough storage for everything.I need this message to stop, It keeps popping up every minute. I takes a while to get messages and I've turned it on and off.. I've removed the battery and restarted it.
I am an O2 and cant send or receieve media messages. I had added an APN (had to do this manually) so I can get onto the internet and if I go to settings now, it only allows me to edit APN - nothing about MMS.
My BlackBerry has been sending and receiving e-mail fine for days. Suddenly, I get a message that I can no longer receive messages until I verify my e-mail. So, I do as I'm told and I
1) go to the home screen 2) click setup icon 3) click e-mail settings
I give the correct e-mail and password information and I keep getting an "Invalid" message. Is there a technical support number I can call? It's a busy holiday week and this is my business phone.
I can't really receive any messages. It's all delayed. I'm from Philippines. my iPhone had been unlocked since my mom bought it in USA. I can't receive any messages here in our province but when I'm in Metro Manila, it's working.
I have a blackberry curve 8330. I have been able to send picture messages and audio but now i cannot. I know the pictures are not too big and the audio isnt either because i have sent these same ones to people before but for some reason i am not able to successfully send them now, all i get is an X next them in my text list.
I had to update my S5 over the weekend and since the update I no longer receive notifications when I have a text message. All of my setting are set correctly. What can be done to fix this?
My Nexus 5 phone is running Android 6.0.1, but shortly before that, I switched from a T-Mobile Prepaid plan to a postpaid plan and then, immediately back to a prepaid plan again. The thing is that I had a $30/month prepaid plan which is not available as a postpaid plan. But no one told me. They just said that I was eligible for a postpaid plan after 18 months. Of course, I jumped right back when they wanted to charge me $50/month. So that is what caused the texting trouble.
I am able to receive messages but I can not send any. This started while in an area of spotty coverage and continues even when I am back in area with good connection. Does not work to resend, tried power down, sync, turning on and off mms switch. Can not resolve this issue. Could it be the carrier?
I have LG 3 that I bought from official import of LG in Israel. The phone is unlocked. Now Iive in the US and Im am with cricket wireless, talked to them over a thousands times, my APN settings are up to date and I'm using mobile data when I try to download messages other people send to me or to send a message to someone else.
only realized 5 days a go that my BBM had stopped working. I'm able to send messages and my contacts recieve them, but they stay as 'D' on my screen, but when they send a message back I do not recieve it but it says 'D' on their screen.I don't think i have changed any setting or messed with anything. I have tried delteting and reinstalling BBM but still the sane problem. Data Services are also on.
I cannot send or receive any bbm messages from outside USA. if i tried sending a bbm it shows that it is delivered, but nothing more than that. i have contacted T mobile and they refreshed my account, but it's my phone and not the network because i tried another simcard (but still same problem ). This problem started 4 days ago, but before that the phone was working perfectly,
My BBM can receive messages but cannot send any, i have tried everything to fix it like resetting the phone, updating the bbm software, sending a registration message again.
Yesterday I removed the bb enterprise server from my bb so that I will no longer receive my company email. I still have my personal email setup on the bb and can send, but am not receiving messages. what I can do to get them? all of my push settings are enabled.
I recently purchased the blackberry curve 9320 around 3 days ago, everything was working perfectly this morning until i woke up and tried replying to a bbm message. When i sent the message, it just came up with the tick but no D or R. I am still able to receive messages but the person I send the message too doesn't.Im seeing people talk about the host routing table in which i've already re registed and also resent my service books.
Before I had my package, I was on my blackberry to mobicarte and when is mobicarte can not send mms, it is the rule. So I took a package, which includes sending SMS but also MMS. Except that my blackberry does not mail and do not receive.
The app for my messages is gone I cannot receive or send sms or mms messages. The app is no longer on my menu however I can see I have a sms when I go to my homescreen as the icon is up in the left hand corner. How can I get them back?
I can receive MMS pic messages, but I cannot send them... whether I take the pic myself and try to send it or whether I receive a pic and try to forward it, it will not send either way! I've had the problem of not being able to send or receive MMS messages in the past, and I took out my battery without shutting my phone off and that seemed to do the trick, but I tried that this time and it didn't work!
