Nokia :: Does Not Start - Logo Shows Forever?
Jan 29, 2010Only thing I can do is a hard reset? This really sucks heavily. Phone is full of quality problems and now this. How can I complain to Nokia about the phone?

May 2, 2010i bought a N72 and i find it very nice phone at start. but after i config my phone and upgrade firm ware to last version, it show mail config wizard each time i turn on my phone. i try to delete short cut of email wizard from my screen, switch between personal & bussiness mode. delete my internet connection , .... but it dont stoped ! i try to define a fake mail to it may be it can solve my problem, but didn't help but make a change . wizard start and automaticaly closed !!! other features of phone work perfectly.

Apr 19, 2010I did a firmwire update to 400.21.013 along with a password protected Memory card inside my E63.I forgot the password long back,but i could use it, so no problems.However, when i tried to restore the backup file which i made before the update,Vista shows BSOD error in between and restarts.And now when i start the phone,the above error appears on the screen.

Feb 22, 2012I've a N8 but the Nokia Maps just don't want to work properly. When I start the software, it just shows a blank green screen and the GPS light is blinking. But I can't see any maps... It did work a few days ago but now it stopped working out of the blue. I updated the maps but the problem was still there. Then I deleted the cities folder and then I tried the new Beta version of the maps. Problem is still there... The nokia server is also correctly defined.

May 31, 2012Right now it just shows the apple logo fading in and out. It cannot be powered down, it cannot be picked up by my iTunes account. On occasion it switches to the plug in cord with the arrow to "iTunes" so I run in and hook it upto the computer, open iTunes and nothing. No chime that its noted, no change. It just sits there. I have managed to reset it once and it worked for a day.

Dec 25, 2011After a update my X10 mini pro doesn't boot anymore and now it only hans on the SE logo at the very beginning.I tried to use PC companion and SE update service to reinstall/update the firmware but in SE update service I get that I allready have the last version. and on PC companion I get a message that there is no software available for my phone.I even tried to get a own custom firmware to run on it with flashtools but i can't get the x10 mini pro's stock firmware its on xda-developers but its in a zip file while it has to be in a .ftf and i cant seem to get the zip file converted in to a ftf file. I think when i have done that it will work again... but i cant find any tutorial about converting to ftf in any kind of way

IPhone :: 3gs Shows Apple Logo Then White Screen
Mar 30, 2012I have an iPhone 3gs (old I know) and it boots up to the apple logo then a couple seconds later to a white screen. I have tried putting it in DFU mod or recovery mode with the whole to seconds sleep/wake button and 20 home, but nothing works. I have checked all the connectors and I am still getting that screen. If anyone can help it would be great. It all happened after I tried updating from the computer to 5.1.

Dec 3, 2014My phone was recently in recovery mode and I had plugged it up to restore but it completely shut off. Now when I plug it up to the computer, it only shows the white screen with the apple logo. It stays on there for about 5 seconds then goes off. Keep in mind that my lock button does not work. Apr 5, 2011About 6 days ago, my phone battery was running low and i did not get the time to charge my phone. however, i fell asleep, when i woke up and tried to turn the phone on, it wouldn't power up so i had to charge my battery. after trying to charge the phone i noticed that the loading screen (the one that comes up with the blackberry logo) took a longer time than the usual to start up and after it was finish loading, the only thing that came up was the T-MOBILE logo. I tried removing the battery seerval times but it was no use. I even also tried to connect the phone to my PC and that didn't helped me either.

Dec 5, 2014My iphone 5 crashed suddenly while functioning properly!! I connected it to my pc so as to restore it!!! Itunes recognized the device and a message that it needs restoring emerged!! i followed the proposed steps to restore it!! It was running ios 7.4 i think!!! Ios 8.01 was downloaded and afterwards it extracted the previous version!!! while waiting from the iphone so as the procedure to go on , the apple logo appeared with the progress bar!!! But after waiting for too long it did nothing!! The bar was empty and it seemed as it was stuck!!
I tried to do it again!! After this i tried to enter it to dfu mode again in order to restore it!! But i couldn't!!! I tried the known combination of its buttons to do it!!! Nothing at all!! I reconnected it to itunes !!! The device was recognized and a message that it needs restore appeared!! I followed the instructions!!! Ios was extracted and while itunew were waiting for the iphone to continue it happened the same thing again!! Apple logo appeared with the empty progress bar empty!!! It seemed as being stuck or not responding!! Is it a hardware problem? Or is it software??? Is there something i can do to make it work properly again???

But now, as it restarted, it shows a picture of the iTunes logo, and a USB cable poiting at it. So I figured out I needed to connect to iTunes. But if I do so, nothing happens.
I manually restarted my iPhone, I restarted my computer, I reïnstalled iTunes, and nothing seems to work out as I want.As I amtyping this, my iPhone just went off by itself, so I think I need to restart it, because it was on for quite a long time with the iTunes logo on screen.

When you power on the phone the Samsung logo appear and off after that but the phone boot up OK just don't have any on the screen, I can make call or receive OK.
