Mar 19, 2012My phone worked fine this morning. Then all of the sudden when I placed or recieved calls I could not hear anything, the reciever could hear me. I could text, play games, get on the net, etc. Then I noticed I had a software update. So, I connected to itunes and performed a sync. At the end the phone powered off and on. Then itunes stated the sync couldn't be completed. So, I unplugged the phone from the computer, rebooted it, and connected it back to itunes. Now, itunes does not recognize my phone and the phone screen has a USB port and itunes logo on it. What do I do?

May 31, 2012Right now it just shows the apple logo fading in and out. It cannot be powered down, it cannot be picked up by my iTunes account. On occasion it switches to the plug in cord with the arrow to "iTunes" so I run in and hook it upto the computer, open iTunes and nothing. No chime that its noted, no change. It just sits there. I have managed to reset it once and it worked for a day.

Jun 24, 2012I brought my wife an IPhone 4S yesterday and checked with the sales guy in 02 that I can run two accounts off the same laptop as I have an IPhone as well, which he said would be fine.
However the new IPhone required an updated version, which I downloaded and then the new IPhone locked up with the ITunes Logo and the USB Cable showing. Have tried restoring but it keeps saying it needs to download the newest version iOS 5.1.1 which takes over an hour to download, but I already have the newest version dowloaded.

But now, as it restarted, it shows a picture of the iTunes logo, and a USB cable poiting at it. So I figured out I needed to connect to iTunes. But if I do so, nothing happens.
I manually restarted my iPhone, I restarted my computer, I reïnstalled iTunes, and nothing seems to work out as I want.As I amtyping this, my iPhone just went off by itself, so I think I need to restart it, because it was on for quite a long time with the iTunes logo on screen.

Jul 1, 2014My iPhone 5 is suddenly stuck in recovery mode. It won't turn on, the connect to iTunes logo just shows up. I really don't want to restore it because I have 300+ pictures from vacation that have not yet been synced to my photo stream. I guess my question is is there anyway that I can kick my phone out of recovery mode long enough to get those photos in my stream without restoring it? I know there are programs on the Internet that claim to do this but I doubt they work.
