I've tried several times but the message I'm sending with the photo seems to just hang with the timer symbol to the right of the message. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if there's another step I'm leaving out.

View 3 Replies View Relatedis there anything i can do to improve flash video playback? after the 2.2 update i was excited to be able to use flash on my phone, but video playback on it seems so bad that it's unwatchable.it's like a slideshow at best, and at worse i'm only getting one frame every thirty seconds or so. oddly enough the sound never skips or stutters at all.i've tried it over wifi and 3g. Internet videos in the native app and other non-flash streaming media seem to work perfectly.i'm using the stock browser with flash player 10.2.157.51 (the latest one available in the android market), and i've tried several different videos linked from m.flash.com
View 4 Replies View RelatedI updated my Milestone which is UAE version to Froyo yesterday after a long delay, was really excited all evening until i discovered two problems with my wifi.The Device does not connect to the corporate network as my office uses 802.1x EAP and there is no place to enter proxy where as my friends using samsung galaxy s (Froyo 2.2) connect to the network and browse using the wifi advanced settings to enter the proxy in their device.

But after some minute It restart with a blank screen then reboot to OS and MSU says update failed. My last resort is to flash it via RSDLITE but when im trying to get into bootloader it shows blank screen then reboot to OS. I cant enter to my bootloader.

View 2 Replies View RelatedHave a brand new install of Windows 7 64bit and a 6 month old Milestone 2 which has always succesfully connected to PC/Mac in USB mass storage mode, but when trying to connect to new Windows & PC the PC tries to install MTP drivers that fail.Solution is to select the failed device in device manager and manually install the driver selecting the device as a USB mass storage device and not the default MTP device.

I last week sent my phone to the service center to ask them to update it to 2.2, they returned the phone saying it is up to date.I am sick of removing applications and always worrying about the remaining ROM availability. However, I am still having one annoyance and that is with sending multiple pictures to others via text. On ios it was a matter of just choosing which photos I wanted to send and then pressing the send button. It did not matter if it was one photo or 15 photos. However, with my S5 I only can send 2 maybe 3 pictures at a time before I have to back in my gallery and load more.

I'm posting this because I'm nearly going nuts every time I send a captured photo by using my N86's built in photo sending option (I view the image and in the toolbar select Send with the envelope icon).
I choose to send my photo by email, and when I get to entering the email adress, I get 2 suggestions for email adresses - my old email adress and my new one. This is annoying because I quite often by accident pick the old email adress (the adresses are almost the same) from the list and can't understand why I don't receive my photo, until I check and find out I sent it to the wrong address..Is there some way to remove these suggestions?
I have a new Samsung Alias 2 on the Verizon network and it keeps downsizing the pictures every time that I try to send them to another phone or email them to myself. I've searched the manual, the forum and the God of Google and have found nothing. In a desperate attempt, I put in a MicroSD card and changed the settings to save to the card, but with no luck. Is there some sort of setting that I'm just missing or is this a limitation of the network or phone?

Does anyone have problems sending photos using text messages?? Sometimes people receive them and other times they do not. I have one person that has an iphone and she can never receive a photo from me but yet she can send them fine. I just had someone send me a photo just now and I was trying to forward it to everyone on my contact list and it would not send it. Very frustrating. I never had this problem on my other phones.

But this pop up was annoying so I elected for all photos to be sent in their original large size. Now, I want to be able to select the size or change the default. I still want the camera to shoot large files and I do not want a 3rd party application as this is too many steps.
How can I go back to selecting photo file size for each attachment or change to default before sending?

Trying out Milestone in home. Keeps disconnecting from wifi have to keep checking it and reconnecting. Btw, is there an app that gives a wifi symbol at the top of the screen? Wifi works perfectly with my laptop.

Screen shows some lines n then when i press the screen lock button the screen goes black and the shortcut screen still glows.Phone recieves the call and if i press the volume button it correctly vibrates and beeps. I have tried formatting, flashing from the service centre everything. The people here in service centre are dumb. They say that the fone have problem in flex, but My phone used to work fine when I had 2.1.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAll my contacts are synced, Facebook profile pics show up on the contact list but Caller ID photos do not show for incoming/sending calls. Its just the generic picture. However Google+ profile pictures do appear in a small circle on the bottom left corner on a gray background.
PS: The problem started after the 5.0 update. I've already reset the phone and tried doing the update with PC Companion. Nothing works.
so i recently just got the milestone and it connects to wifi fine and all.. the connection is okay, but when i try to disconnect from what im connected to, the wifi freezes and it stays on "turning off"it doesnt go away until i restart the phone.
