Nov 17, 2011My Verizon Data App stopped letting me log in and after getting no response as to what might be wrong, I decided to just delete the app and then reinstall it on my homepage. After I deleted it, I went to all Apps and it's not there! So is there a way to Undo a delete or does anyone know how I can go about getting back the app that tells me how much of my data I've used?

May 23, 2012I accidentally deleted some pictures from my phone. I downloaded a software1 (not permitted to disclose the software) to recover my deleted pictures. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well. I would like to learn how I can recover these pictures.

Nov 23, 2015I imported my photos on my computer last night from my phone. Typically I do this by creating a folder on my desktop, copying and pasting from the DCIM folder on the phone. I then will open up Picasa where I edit my photos. All of these steps seemed to work as they normally do (status bar completed, etc) so I went ahead and deleted the pictures in the DCIM folder. When I went to edit the photos, I realized that only about 10 of them were there... not the over 100 I had saved.
Any ways to recover off some hidden spot on the phone? I tried a free app which located many of the photos that were deleted, however, none of the ones I actually needed, which were only taken hours before. I'm thinking they never had a chance to save wherever these recovered ones went?

Dec 16, 2015I opened the calendar shortcut from the circle time widget on the home screen of the droid turbo. While the calendar was opened, I hit the refresh button and now all of my events have disappeared! Everything-past,present,future gone. "Refresh" doesn't mean "delete" so I'm not sure what happened here but I had TONS of info in that calendar. How to recover the events?

May 11, 2012According to this Motorola FAQ about their Android encryption, "When SD card encryption is enabled, all new files added to the removable memory will be encrypted. Files stored on the card will not be readable via another phone or card reader connected to PC. User can transfer files from encrypted SD card to PC using embedded Phone Portal application." So what happens if a user encrypts their data and their phone dies? They will not have the opportunity to transfer it to a PC and the replacement phone will have a different ESN. Is their data recoverable via any other mechanism or is it lost forever?

I was moving pic's from its original folder to a "new titled folder", after doing that I returned to original folder and started deleted the pic's I had moved. Sep 6, 2014I have been trying to contact the support team however my support has expired, I connected my iphone 4s to my computer and it started to sync nothing new, however, when I looked at my phone it actually restored my phone to a previous back up and i have none of my photos/videos I have taken between the last backup and now.Â
How can i get these files back off my phone I have tried a number of restore software sites but they only see what was restored to my phone via the back-up from Itunes not the pictures that where taken over the last two weeks.Â

Apr 16, 2012I like the consolidated inbox (messaging) on the RAZR Maxx. I only have 1 significant issue with the app.
We need an option/feature so that when you delete messages from the email server that they are removed from the phone. Having to redundantly delete messages from the phone that have already been deleted from the server is ridiculous.
The opposite is provided ... you can choose if you want to delete messages from the server when you delete them from the phone but the reverse needs to be provided as well.

I even checked the online gallery on the Verizon site and that has no photos in it. Where did it sent the picture? Motorola Droid Razr :: Camera Taking Pictures Upside Down
Jun 7, 2012I recently got a brand new phone after my screen broke and I filed a warranty claim through Asurion. With my new phone when i take pictures, sometimes they show up upside down. Not always but more often than not. My original phone never did this. Its pretty annoying to have to go back to the photo afterwards almost every time and edit and rotate it. I know the RAZR has the feature to show pics right side up no matter how you take the pic holding the phone but I guess somewhere in mine the calibration for this feature is off. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea how to re-calibrate it? Note: It doesn't matter how I hold the phone when it happens. No matter which way it is on the screen at the time, it flips it upside down after the pic shows up.

Dec 7, 2012I have a relatively new Razr M. I have taken several pictures with it over the past 2 months with no problems. Starting a few days ago, I am having this problem: I'll be viewing photos in the gallery, and all of the sudden the photos go blank. There is just a gray square. I can flip from gray square to gray square -- no image shows. If I go back to the main gallery, it may or may not show pictures. There might just be gray squares, or all the pictures might be there. I have tried turning my phone off, then back on. The pictures will show up initially, but then when I start flipping through them, suddenly they turn to gray squares again. I have transferred the pictures to my computer, just to make sure they are saved somewhere. But can't figure out why they will show up and then turn to gray squares.

Jan 27, 2013I needed to show the date stamp on some pics I shot on my RMHD running JB. I know the date info is included in the EXIF metadata I was surprised that I could not find a way to enable this to show this on the actual pic. I checked the Play Store and found nothing.
Since I had already downloaded my pics onto my Win 7 laptop, I figured some Win app would allow the date to be displayed on the pics. Wrong! Finally after googling, I found a Win app that would add the date stamp to my pics.
Presuming this feature does not currently exist on JB or the Gallery app, I think having the ability to optionally add the date stamp to pics would be useful. The option needs to be user selectable so that pics can be shown without the date stamp or with the date stamp.
I have attached a pic without the date stamp and with the date stamp (using the Win 7 app to overlay the date).
