I have the Myspace account in my accounts but the user name is blank and all grayed out. There's no password either. I can't removed the account. The icon is not the Myspace icon either. Its some weird green icon instead. Also my staus updates don't update themselves when I update from Facebook or Twitter.

Even if I did enter something,I am sure I did not register my device as there was no internet connection available on phone. I donot find any option to create the motoblur account through my device. How to create Motoblur account for my device?? I have tried restore to default factory settings but it didnot ask for motoblur registration on startup.

Did the CSR I reached have the wrong answer and should AT&T be able to delete my account, and if so to whom should I direct my inquiry?If not, how DO I delete the account? The facility apparently no longer exists. Yes, I know I can use a third party app like widget locker but why should I when the facility already existed. What is it these days that developers remove useful functions just because they see fit. Is this really progress? When I go into my accounts, I don't see an icon for MySpace any more (I understand that MotoBlur is no longer compatible with MySpace). Instead, I see a green icon with my MySpace account email. Below the email is [URL]. When I try to remove this account, it just stays there.
The MySpace information is still embedded in my contacts as well. Is there a workaround to get this removed?
How does one remove a facebook account (or any other social network account) from the motoblur account. Such accounts do not appear as seperate items in 'settings' > 'accounts' and opening the motoblur account (on the phone) merely shows the linked email address and password (unlike all other accounts it cannot be edited in any way).

View 6 Replies View RelatedI got the Charm late last week and this Tuesday, and Wednesday, it dropped one call each day. I had restarted the phone and even took the battery out, let it sit a minute, put it back in and restart. Today, after dropping a call, I called Tmobile for help. Ended up talking to a manager because the service person wouldn't help me. While on the phone with manager, phone dropped a call. He had me change the SIM card. I went to call hubby (we both got the Charm same day) to have him change his card also, got to voicemail, dropped call, tried Tmobile, half a ring, dropped call. Got to customer service, they switched me to Tier 2 tech support, he was about to give me directions and dropped call. He ended up leaving me a voicemail because he tried calling me back twice and both times it went straight to voicemail. Told me to change the settings from 3G to 2G. I've only used the phone around 15 minutes since switching to 2G but it didnt drop.
