LG :: Keybo Is There Way To Save Sound / Use It For Text Messages?
May 7, 2010When I miss a call with my keybo the phone makes a cool sounds which i'd like to use for incoming text messages. the sound isnt under the sound list though, it must be in the programming or something. Is there a way to save this sound and use it for text messages?

Jun 7, 2010I've noticed on my LG Keybo 2 that when I take a picture or record a video using the outer screen, holding the phone up-right (screen is horizontal), that viewing the picture or video on the inner screen is now rotated 90 degrees instead of staying in the horizontal position it was captured in! I have to rotate the phone 90 degrees to put the image "up-right". Not only that, (and this part is a little hard to explain in words) but think of a rectangle as the outer-screen capturing the image. The image on the inner screen crops off the sides, yet captured the top and bottom of the image/video that wasn't seen on the outer screen. Wtf is up with that?

Feb 28, 2010I know this is a rather odd request, but I'm wondering if anyone could find out where the power on / off sounds are located for this phone. I'm finding the telus factory sounds to be extremely boring (if anyone here hasn't heard them, they're both the same, a four toned ascending bell.) and I want to replace them with something I sequenced myself. I have bitpim, I know how to do all that, but I want to know exactly where they're stored and if they're accessible. May 30, 2010I have a LG Keybo 2 (env3) from Telus and I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the shutter sound the camera makes when a picture is taken. There is no option in the phone menu to silence it or disable it, and I can't seem to find anything looking through the filesystem in Bitpim.

Jun 23, 2012My iphone 4s has been updated to the iOS 5.1.1. Since then it will not play music or give a text message alert sound. We have restored the phone, we have toggled the mute switch, and we have rebooted using the home button and power down and nothing has worked. The volume does not adjust, there is no sound bar when pressing the sound control buttons along the side of the phone. When double tapping the home button on lock screen there is no sound bar. It will ring on incoming calls and the Speaker phone does work while in call. All of the volume controls will work correctly when the headphones are in music plays, text tone works, video sound works but as soon as they are removed it reverts back.

Jul 2, 2010Ok I have been using my Navigon GPS occasionally and sometimes when the spoken directions are played though the speaker, it's so soft I can barely hear it. So I thought it was just the app. But now, I was just using my phone texting people and all of a sudden the sound became very faint. I can barely hear it. I then went to the iPod app to listen to some music through the speakers and I still can barely hear it. I reset the phone and now everything is working again. Is this normal?

Jan 31, 2010I recently discovered the chrome inlay surrounding the camera pops off and under it is a port for an external antenna. I go camping every now and then at a place not too far from home where unless I'm in a field, the service isn't strong enough to hold a call. Though texting is fairly reliable. Would an External Antenna be substantially helpful? Would it boost my Data signal as well? It would be great to use the Dun hack when camping.

I have a BB Curve 8520. I want to use a running app and because the 8520 doesn't have a GPS, I bought an external one; B Speech keychain GPS.
My BB can find the gps en it shows that they are connected, but when I use the navigation on BB maps of MapMyRun there is no connection.
