IPhone :: Won't Receive Email When Laptop Is On

I have an iPhone4s. I use Mac Mail. One of my accounts is set to IMAP. If my laptop is on, the iphone will not receive IMAP email. If the laptop is off, the iPhone will receive messages but they disappears from the iphone the minute I check email on my laptop. I have the iPhone and Mac mail set to NEVER delete from the server. I have phoned my email provider and they say it's a Mac Mail issue. I suspect they are right since my POP accounts don't receive messages without deleting them. I change my IMAP to POP since POP doesn't sync sent messages so my thread disappear.

I have an iphone 4s and a MacBookPro 2.66 GHz . My I phone gets my yahoo mail off the yahoo server and this seems to cause mac mail on my laptop not to read it. I need help with the Iphone mail settings so that both devices can download new mail and not mark it as read. I just tried forwarding an email from my iphone so that I can have it on my laptop but the iphone got it first and clicking on the mac mail's "get mai" button did not produce the forwarded email I had just sent to myself.

When I dock my Atrix in my Laptop Dock it recognizes the Atrix but I'm unable to make or receive phone calls. I tried docking my Atrix during an active call and it continued to stay active but after disconnecting I could not make another call while docked. I use Voice to make and receive calls and even disabled this to see if that was the problem. Is this a setting issue or a bug?

I am having email problems. I have several email accounts. I receive email on all of them, but can't send on all of them. Not even a reply. The email accounts that work are gmail and [URL]The accounts that don't send are: 1 account hosted by GoDaddy, and a few accounts on my 2 domains [URL] and [URL] all of these accounts work fine on my laptop via outlook 2007. The place that houses my 2 domains said they don't know why I am having this problem.

I have problem with email on my Motorola Razr. Recently i've been having problems with the email that i've set up on my phone. I can send email but cannot receive it.I have a blackberry 8330 curve and am with verizon with V4.5.0.I've been reading other posts on othere forums of people having the same issue but they didn't really help at all.I did the battery pull many many times.I just don't know what wrong with it. also my world app doesn't show any application installed. i can deal with that once i get my email to work..

I am having extreme difficulty in setting up one of my email accounts on my iPhone 5c. The email in question is a centurylink email account ending in @q.com. When I use the mail settings lookup, this is what it tells me to do: Incoming Mail Server:
Account Type: POP
Username: xxxxxxxx@q.com
Server hostname: mail.q.com
Server port: 110
Authentication: Password
Outgoing Mail Server:
Username: xxxxxxxx@q.com
Server hostname: smtp.q.com
Server port: 587
Authentication: Password

When I “pull down” on the screen to get mail, the latest mail that has come is from 5/20/14. Today is 6/21/14. When I repeat the process, it says at the bottom of the screen “Updated Just Now”, but no new emails come in. Yet, on my email on my computer, there are over 100 since 5/20/14. I can send, and it downloads the sent messages to my phone just fine. I just cannot receive messages later than 5/20/14 for some reason. How to receive email?

This is a new iphone 6 and email had been working fine for about a month, then my yahoo email just suddenly stopped updating. I have deleted the account, restarted the phone and added the account back twice to no avail. Everything is verified, but it will NOT show new messages, just those that I send.
