i have a usb webcam but the quality isnt very good, i wanted to use my iphone camera as a webcam. i know there are apps that allow you to do that, but they are all through wifi. i dont want to use wifi because when the connection gets low the camera shuts off. thats not very reliable. i was looking for something that allows you to use the camera plugged in the usb port. just as any other webcam.

finally, with USB-2Go, I can find valid reason to upgrade from N70. good pixel camera, ability to browse files from external drive, and HDMI out. Well my question is, is the USB2Go port seperate from the HDMI out port ? If yes, does it mean I can use the N8 to browse my external drive and play video thru my HDTV ? I tried that software and many other software with my iphone and it doesnt work. does anybody know any software and cydia package that will allow me to do this? i asked someone at the apple store before my phone was jailbroken and they said "no, but theres probably a jailbreak app for it". and i was like "wtf?" you work for apple, your supposed to be against this and your telling me how i can benefit from it. ok but that was just something i wanted to say. but any help at all is appreciated.

For the past month or so i have been having to charge my iPhone 4 from my USB port in my computer. I have bought new wall chargers and car chargers, and even tried a few friends chargers and they will not work on my phone what so ever. I can use the same cord from the wall adapter that will not work, and plug it into my computer and it works perfectly.

My phone worked fine this morning. Then all of the sudden when I placed or recieved calls I could not hear anything, the reciever could hear me. I could text, play games, get on the net, etc. Then I noticed I had a software update. So, I connected to itunes and performed a sync. At the end the phone powered off and on. Then itunes stated the sync couldn't be completed. So, I unplugged the phone from the computer, rebooted it, and connected it back to itunes. Now, itunes does not recognize my phone and the phone screen has a USB port and itunes logo on it. What do I do?

Well the other day I went to use my new headphones on my iPhone4 and the sound was terrible. The sound is distorted and crackly, to get the other speaker to go on I have to put the volume at 100% and that makes my ears bleed lol. I plug the headphone in my computer and they worked fine. I tried another set of headphones on my iPhone and Only sound would come out of one speaker. Same thing happens if I plug it into a stero. Im freaking out bacuse my iPhone is my baby and I have no idea what happen. I have already restored the phone and restarted the device multiple times and still nothing is working.

When I hook up the USB port in my car, the text alert notification is muted and the volume cannot be adjusted. This happens with both iphones operating on 5.1 and in two different vehicles. I think it has something to do with the 5.1 update.
