Jun 4, 2010I recieved my 9650 this morning.I setup 2 email addresses (that actually were moved from my curve to my bold), and all of my emails are dumping into ONE folder i hate it. I liked on my curve how I had 2 distinct seperate email icons (boxes) that had work and personal.How do I setup my phone to have multiple icons for my multiple email accounts?

My only issue is that in order to access both personal and business iwork documents on the go, I have to carry two iphones with me - which really is inconvenient. Of course I could just use the business iphone but then I would not be able to access my family photo stream which is very important to me.

I would like two sync the two contact lists, to make sure all contacts are available if I log in to Lotus Notes on my computer or Gmail on a computer. Is it possible to make these sync to the same contact group on my Iphone?
Now all contacts are available on the phone, but they are not synced to each other.

Sep 13, 2012What is this Exchange Activesync? It only allows me to have one single email account in my 808, and it ask for username and domain when I try to add an email account...it forces me to write something in one of those field to let me go on... I have Hotmail...and it do let me sync and find my hotmail account just with my address written with password...and if I write for ex. a "O" in the domain field...but why? And why does it onlt let me sync one account? In my old N8 I could synd how many emails accounts I wanted and I just needed to chooce which type of account I had for ex. Hotmail, Gmail or something else...and I could have two withdgets ontop of eachother with different email accont in them....how do I get that on this new 808??
Is there another program than the so called "Exchange Activesync" to down load and use...like the old N8´s email program. If I cant not have my two hotmails accounts synced in my 808 it is totally worseless for me!

I have managed to load my hotmail account however when I try to load the other two email accounts it says that I need t verifiy the details. Dec 6, 2011I have been trying for days to configure a second email account on my blackberry and have been unsuccessful. I already have my primary exchange account configured and is working successfully. This is not through a BES server, just added an account through Email Account Setup. Now I am trying to add a second exchange mailbox using the same exact process as the first one and I keep getting an error "Cannot log in. Please verify username and password..." Both of these accounts are accessible via OWA, and I have successfully logged into the second one with correct credentials.
I've heard that you can only connect to one Exchange account, but I thought that was only if you used Enterprise Activation.

Aug 29, 2015I was trying to create a second user account on my LG G3 and the setup process proceeded as expected and the second user was created. However, once I switched back to my main 'Owner' account, I found that my phone was no longer able to launch the apps which I had saved on my SD - my SD was loaded and I could read files and photos stored on it, but I was unable to launch the apps transferred to it from the internal memory. I had to delete the second user account in order to return full access to my SD.

May 29, 2012I am trying to set up multiple email accounts with BIS on my Curve 9360. My existing email accounts were initially copied from a previos Blackberry (Bold 9000), but when I attempt to add an additional one, the only option I get is "Create a new email address' (the Blackberry one).
My service provider confirms to me that this is not due to them.The problem was there with OS7.0 and remains with 7.1.

But I have a problem with gmail notifications, and it's hard to find info on this on the web because it just turns up a lot of stuff about the notification sounds, which is not my issue.

I have three gmail accounts, two private and one for work. With all my previous phones, when I had mail incoming, I'd get one notification icon in the status bar per account. So if I had unread mail in all three accounts, I'd three gmail icons in the notification bar.

The Z2 seems to lump them all together, and I only get one single icon regardless of how many accounts have unread email. I find this quite annoying and not something I expected at ALL. (Even my first very crummy internet-capable phone did multiple notifications.) Is this a bug, or is there a way to change a setting?

Dec 8, 2010I've got a new Blackberry Torch 9800 that was issued to me by my company. Needless to say it has my company email account on it and I've also just added my personal email account to it as well. In the 3 weeks since I first got the phone I've had only the corporate email account active and have thus become dependent on the New Message notifier icon at the top of the home screen.
When I see 1 or more new messages I no longer have any idea if it is a work email or a personal one. Any way to change the notifier icon for my personal email account so at a glance I can see how many items I have for either account. I know I could just turn off the notifier function for the personal account which would remove it from that notification area, but I'd really prefer not to do that, I just want some ability to tell the two apart at a glance.

All I want is the ability to control MY stuff and all I can see is you're trying to get me to do something that is 1; something I don't want to do 2; deterimental to my experience. Is there a way to just pull off voice memos from my phone w/o having to sync (delete) my music when I'm not on my "home" computer?

The next day, I synced my iphone with the desktop to put some new music on. When it was done, I had all her apps on my phone. Is there anyway to get the computer to recognize different iPhones and iPads on the same iTunes account and not do that? Had the problem with my iPad too. Got all my phone apps on it and had to do some deleting!
