Sound is too faint to hear Facebook chat notification and vibrate function is not very good either. How do I increase the sound for chat?

Is it possible to get a notification instantly when someone messages you on the chat function? I have only been able to get one after 30 minutes (closest option)
View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently brought out a contract with o2 for a htc one, got home set up all my notification sounds, I was getting sound for my facebook posts, but the next day I turned my phone on and they were coming through but no sound, if I get a notification on there my phone just vibrates but for other stuff i get the sound, if I get a message on fb I get a sound too, not sure why it has done this and I am not sure how to change it ....

View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter finally convincing my new Style to sync with my BES service (had to sync with a NEXTEL device twice before the BES server caught a clue), the Desktop mail account chimes with Sanguine Remix when new messages arrive, at the default volume of the selected profile. I've tried changing the playback sound for all obvious notifications in the selected Profile away from Sanguine Remix and the sound played back as Sanguine Remix isn't associated any longer to any of the Profile's options.Any ideas where the sound notification can be changed for the Desktop (BES synched) account? Right now I have to mute all ringers (Silent sound Profile) in order for it not interrupt my sleep. I get hundreds of alerts every day and even with Exchange rules marking messages as read and moving them to a specific folder other than the inbox, BES is catching a small percentage before Exchange marks them as read, and doing what BES does best, forwarding the messages to my phone.
Neither my hotmail nor gmail accounts have this problem since they have an option in profiles and I have configured them to remain quiet.Under Messages-Notifiers for selected Profile:Email: gmailEmail: hotmail Level 1PINtext MessagesVisual voice mail I am going to try Phone Calls Only and edit It to include Text Messages. I'm not sure if it vibrates or not I'll check next time. But it seems to be some sort of notification that happened. Now I have no apps running but I get this beep sound. I checked text messages, emails, push notifications, battery, coverage yet its not one of those. Maybe its WiFi. But for some reason I get this random beep of the phone trying to notify me of something but it never shows up on the screen. Sometimes after locking my phone (screen being black) it does the noise.

Then I have 4 options Continue, Close Connection, View Certificate or Trust Certificate. It doesn't matter which one I select and follow, the message still keeps appearing. I have a blackberry 9360 but the chat of facebook doesn't connect with my account. If i connect with my sister account for example, it does work. sometimes it talks about 501 error, but i've tried to reboot the bb, erase the cache and even reinstall the app several times and it keeps not working. Sometimes it says that i'm already connected but then there is no one connected. i've checked on the facebook.com site from the pc but there appear a lot of people online so i don't understand what happens to my chat on bb.
