I have just tried to back-up & update my iPhone but when doing so iTunes gives an error message saing that it can't restore or back-up as the phone is corrupt? The phone is only 5 months old and was restored successfully last time

I have Windows 7 installed and have seriously tried everything to fix this, deleting old back ups, cheacking my firewall, unintalling and reinstalling itunes, deleting pictures that may be corrupt. Every since the last IOS update I keep getting this error. I tried several POC and phone resets and restarts.
