i sent my iPhone to apple for repair on 20/04/2012 they have not receive it now it is 25/04/2012. i request the repair on the website and then it sad print out dispatch label and take it to aus post then i print it out and took the label to the austraila post office they they packed it and the person who packed it did not even ask for my adders and when i got home i got email for apple with repair id and the dispatch label with repair id so will apple know that this is my phone with out repair id.

The story so far: I bought an accessory in Nov 2011 at an Apple Retail Store. (Philips dual-dock speaker) It started malfunctioning in Mar 2012. (Dock not charging anymore) I brought it to an Apple Store (closer to my place), they were happy to replace it on the spot, except that there was none in stock. So I was advised to go to an other Store (the original one), where they had stock. So far, so good for service. I went to the other store, but there I was told that they could not replace it because I had bought it more than 14 days before, so I had to contact the manufacturer directly! So my questions are:
- What is, if any, the actual policy on non-Apple product repair & replacement?
- Why don't all store follow the same policy?
- Should I just try my luck again with another person, until I strike gold and get it replaced?
So i've had an iPhone since they came out way back in 07. I've always had the black one since you had an option of colors. Recently i began to wish my iPhone was white. What are my options? I also bought an incipio feather case in white. I've never had a case on my iPhone bc i don't like how thick they make it feel(This is also why it looks like complete crap). my 4gs popped out of my shirt and fell in the sink of water. Just to make sure no further damage, i turned it off It is still under warranty though . Please any sugesstions regarding replacement

i recently had water damage to my iphone 4 but it wasnt completely submerged. I put it in a bag of uncooked rice for a while then plugged it in. My itunes recognized there was an iphone there and said it was in repair mode. strangely though, the iphone was not named and there was no seriel number like theyre usually is. in the middle of repairing my iphone back to factory mode, it seems that itunes couldnt recognzie my iphone anymore. it did get past extracting the software though.
i put it back in some rice, and now when i plug it in the apple icon keeps going on and off, like the phone is trying to start but cant. also, at one point it was telling me to plug my iphone into the usb even though it already was.
how to check the repair status online i got a repair id and serial number go check online but got an error msg said cant find my repair id or serial number?
I picked up my iPhone 5 from being repaired, and now my photos are all gone--even though my wallpaper and lockscreen still have the photos from before, my camera roll is zero. The useless AppleCare chat people told me that my photos were all gone, but if I backed them up, is there any way to get them back?
The charge port seems to be damaged as it cuts out when connected to my car stereo and it takes some jiggling to get it to connect to iTunes and to charge. My kids have ripped it off the cord and docking port on many occasions...I assume it's damaged from this! I don't have the apple care and don't have time to go to an appointment for them to just tell me they need to replace the whole phone.

My iPhone 4 dropped in the water. I tried to switch off it but sensor and home button momentally stopped working. There was no any tools to open back side and take out the battery. So it was switched on about 5 hours. After 5 hours I totally disassembled and dried all parts. It starts working but... Now battery does not working. I changed the old battery but nothing changed. When it plugged in to the computer via USB cable (without battery) It tries to switch on but rebooting every 10 second. But with battery, it tries to switch on and sometimes it loads everything and there is all my application and data but it reboots momentally. So there is little difference when it switching on with battery and without battery. Other parts working properly.
I made a purchase for a black bumper and paid $31.60 but when I go to the Apple.com website to check the status of my refund its shows "There is no record of a refund for the receipt number you entered." I tried entering my receipt number plus last 4 of card and I also tried just entering the full CC number as well and get that response for both.
Just wanting to know if anyone has possibly experienced before, wanted to to see if any Macforum members have had this issue and what was the resolution to your issue? Should I just call Apple? Are they giving refunds in store if you take in your receipt?
Recently set up a repair for my iPhone but Apple couldn't replace it. I'm looking to do an Out of Warranty service but every time I go onto the repair service site it says "We are unable to process your repair online at this time" Is this because I have recently set up a repair a few days ago? (My iPhone has returned to me) Do I have to wait a couple of day or what?
My iphone 4s bought from Australia, why I can't get the warranty repair/replace in UK?I'v called Australia, they told me I can replace in UK. But Apple Uk told me thay can't do it for me.
