Recently set up a repair for my iPhone but Apple couldn't replace it. I'm looking to do an Out of Warranty service but every time I go onto the repair service site it says "We are unable to process your repair online at this time" Is this because I have recently set up a repair a few days ago? (My iPhone has returned to me) Do I have to wait a couple of day or what?

Starting July 4th I started receiving the above message to my account whenever I tried to download the mocking jay audio book. Checking around I found a few notes on what could've caused this but it still does not apply to me.
- purchases are off my debit/ credit. Not Paypal
- didn't change security questions or password
- no new devices
- I also tried signing in and out.
So I am stuck on what to do. I mean, it's not something with my devices since it occurred on pc and iPhone ( will try a workaround by purchasing on iPad but don't think it'll work either.)

I will be ordering online on the 15th and am curious what has history shown as a time of night or morning that they have started taking pre-order in the past? I worry that if I make my order late in the day that I will be at the end of the list and may not get mine on day1. Is this possible to get mine after thousand of others have already pre-ordered and mine be pushed back a day or two so the early orders are filled first?
Just want to prepare and be online ready to place my order at whatever time of night it may possibly be. Obviously there is no way of knowing but this is the 4th iPhone so 3 others in the past may give us an idea on when to be ready.

View 5 Replies View Relatedmy X10 died on me and I assumed it was the battery so recharged it and when I tried to switch it on I just get the SonyEricsson across the screen and nothing more. I cannot even turn it off again. I connected to PC and although the PC did not recognise it I managed to run a repair on it and got it working again and as far as I can tell it has the latest software. I then reconfigured it and loaded the few Apps I use (DME, Birthday Calendar, TV droid, Notes etc - not a huge App user). It all worked fine for about 2 weeks and then died again. I am about to take it to a service centre but thought I might ask if this could be a known software fault ? I dont want to run another repair on it before knowing really what the problem is (by taking it to service centre I am hoping they can get some idea of the problem before re-installing the software.

View 1 Replies View RelatedThis week I have been having problems with the above phone, when I try to charge (using the charger supplied with the phone) it is fine for about 1 hour then I get a messgae that their is a charging error. I have checked my phone has the most up to date software, and tried phone repair using PC suite, which also fails. Am currently only able to charge via USB, which takes ages. Have only had the phone for a year - and still have 6 months to go on my contract.

Is it possible that GPRS connect only the time at which we specified e.g. after 30 minutes.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Xoom has always had some issues picking up the wifi signal in my house (probably due to the old lathe and plaster walls), so I installed a Hawking HWREN1 Hi-Gain Wireless-300N Range Extender to give me better range.
This has worked marvelously... until my husband's Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 plus entered the picture. Now, whenever he gets online with his G-tab, my Xoom will lose connection. Perhaps, not lose connection per se... if I stand in the room where the router (or range extender) is located, web pages will load. However, if I am anywhere near his G-tab, pages will time out and not load.
I am not educated enough to know if this is a RFI issue, or something I can configure differently so we can both be connected simultaneously. It is almost as if his tab is hogging all of the bandwidth...
I am using BB 8520 Curve with the default external memory (2 Gb). I have music files (*.mp3, *.wma) as well as picture files (captured through the device itself).What happens is, from time to time I am unable to access the media card content. If I go to music, I can see the entries if I go to any of the menu filters, All Songs/Artists/Albums/Genres .. etc. But when I click on the song itself, the music player opens with a message "This playlist contains no valid songs". Also, during this time, my device rings with the default tunes on a call, even if I have set custom profile ring tones.Similarly, if I go to Media->Pictures, I can see a thumbnail preview of the photos, however on trying to open a file it just presents me with a black screen. The contact picture or the desktop custom wallpaper, however is rendered as expected.If I reboot my device by taking off the battery, things get working again.I am experiencing this issue quite frequently, almost every day. I tried to find out a trend for the behaviour, however could not make any such consistent observations.Does anyone in the forum has faced similar issue? Any inputs would be highly appreciated. This is really being a disturbing trait with my otherwise so cool BB.

My iphone 4s is totally FUBAR. I tried the reset that involves deleting everything and starting over. I can't get past the following even in iTunes: we are unable to continue with your activation at this time. Please try again later, or contact customer care. I've tried several times for 2 days now with the same results. What now? This nonsense all started after a week of getting NO SERVICE displayed on the upper left corner of my phone even though I know there is nothing wrong with the service here.

I have an iphone 4 which was working fine. I tried to update it but this time I used a computer running xp. When I did so I got an error. Since getting this error my iphone will not turn on. Since getting the Atrix2 I have had no software issues or Forced Closes.This evening I woke the phone up, slid the Lock Bar to the right and here is what I get:The process com.motorola.process.system has stopped unexpectedly, Please try again,Force Close.Once I push "Force Close I can get the phone to function, however the same screen keeps coming up at random, also each time i slide the Lock Bar, I get the window or warning immediately.It happens consistently when the screen times out and you use the lock bar, slid to the right, and you instantly get the warning screen.I have also tried a few of the programs and when you access them i get the warning window. Anyone have any ideas as to what exactly is going on? No Downloads done today, just email, plume and some music.Ive done several Power Off/on cycles, It doesnt seem to want to go away?
