View 9 Repliesokay, right now i have a sprint-branded touch pro on boost cdma unlimited yet am having trouble with features like sprint tv and navigation. voice/text/internet works (for the most part), but sometimes i get the occasional code 67s and #777 errors. i've read elsewhere of folks who have their tps fully working, but can't find any instructions on how they achieved this. i am fairly certain it involves changing some addresses to route differently, and also have my msn, meid, and msl if that helps. can anyone here assist me in this process? for what it's worth, i've searched ppcgeeks and xda in addition to our own forum.

Now I can't open the two apps (Istagram and TED) and when I try to continue downloading it says it's unable to. If I delete and reinstall the app I'll also be deleting the data, and for Instagram that's not something I really want to do. How do I restart an app??

My iphone 4s is totally FUBAR. I tried the reset that involves deleting everything and starting over. I can't get past the following even in iTunes: we are unable to continue with your activation at this time. Please try again later, or contact customer care. I've tried several times for 2 days now with the same results. What now? This nonsense all started after a week of getting NO SERVICE displayed on the upper left corner of my phone even though I know there is nothing wrong with the service here.

I have had my Curve for 4 months now and my email was working fine but then suddenly it got deleted. Now when I try to set up my email it has my email recognised from before, so I put in my password and then it comes up with a screen saying "Sorry, unable to continue your session.

Now however, I received a message asking my to verify my email address, so in setup, email accounts, there is a list of my accounts. When I type in the password and type verify - I get a message "sorry, unable to continue your session."
Looking online, I've read that I need to register my phone with 02 my service provider. So, when I go to the correct page and enter my pin and IMEI for my phone I receive another message "Your account is not accessible via the HTML browser..." Again, looking online this is due to my phone automatically registering.
I have seen that you can change this in the same email account option where you add emails, but, when I click on the email account option like mentioned before, it presents me with a list on my emails to verify but no other options. I don't know what I need to do now to start my emails coming through again.
I recently updated the Core Application software on my 9800. The version is now 6.0.0.668, bundle 2949. When I go into the email setup, because since the update I've been receiving no email, I am presented with a list of the email addresses which I have used in the past on the device and I'm asked to verify the passwords for the various accounts. However when I put in a password for any of the accounts I always get the same response 'Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again'. This is always the response whether it's a POP3, IMAP or webmail account. I have checked that there should be add and delete options in the menu but all that is available are Switch App and Close. I have also looked at a number of backups but do not have any option to restore email settings.

Starting July 4th I started receiving the above message to my account whenever I tried to download the mocking jay audio book. Checking around I found a few notes on what could've caused this but it still does not apply to me.
- purchases are off my debit/ credit. Not Paypal
- didn't change security questions or password
- no new devices
- I also tried signing in and out.
So I am stuck on what to do. I mean, it's not something with my devices since it occurred on pc and iPhone ( will try a workaround by purchasing on iPad but don't think it'll work either.)
I'm getting this on the website "Unable to process the request", on about 80% of my workouts I cannot see details! also on the few ones that load I cannot see the route, this only happens from my PC and any other PC i have tried and with any browser IE, Firefox, Chrome,.... BTW it all works fine from my Droid Razr phone

I'm worried that it somehow contracted a virus, or the phone's security software has been compromised. Is there any way to wipe the handset without the phone being powered on 100% (via the keypad or something)? The phone is under 3 months old and should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty - but until I get this fixed, I have no phone to use.

When i open the gallery and watching the pictures in the gallery in sequence, I am getting a popup message like "Gallery: Memory Full. Close some applications and try again". Do anyone facing the same issue and found the fix for this. I had 1001 pictures in the gallery. Still 2.3GB space is left in Memory-card and 22mb free in phone memory.
