Mar 14, 2012I recently upgraded from the D1 to the D4 and have my Hotmail account set up via Corporate Sync. Incoming messages sync correctly but messages I delete on the phone do not delete from the server. On the D1 the two-way sync worked correctly for emails deleted on the phone but I can't seem to get it to work on the D4.My settings for the corporate sync account are:Username: full @hotmail email addressPassword: passwordServer: m.hotmail.comUse secure connection: yesProxy: blankAnyone else having this problem? Is there a fix?

Jun 29, 2014Every time I try to delete messages off my iphone 5 my phone freezes, so I have to close out of the messages app and then when I restart the app, it goes blank and tells me I have no messages at all. So then I have to restart the phone, and when I do that, everything I deleted reappears in the app. So now after months ofr dealing with this issue, I have over 6 gigs of messages stored on my phone that I cannot get rid of. I have tried backing up my phone, resetting all settings and contents, restoring it from a new backup, everything.

I noticed that there were a lot of messages with empty headings in the X2-01 which I did not have in the N2690. I tried to delete them, but I was getting the message "Error occurred. Deletion not completed." over and over again.When I used a PC Suite, the empty messages displayed with their body and I recognized them as the previously deleted messages in the N2690. I was unable to delete the messages using the PC Suite even after restoring to factory settings (including personal data).
