May 23, 2012I was given a copy of fast 5 which was a bluray with dvd and also digital copy.
I selected the digital copy to be in iTunes rather then Windows Media Player since figure more chance of viewing in future if I get a iPad or something.
So it downloaded to my iTunes put it in my movies section, then I connected my iPhone to iTunes and click sync Movies and made sure it was selected.
But now I get a error message stating "Fast Five was not copied to the iPhone "Lanky71" because it cannot be played on this iPhone"
I'm using a iPhone 4 with current iOS 5.1.1 with iTunes v10.6.1.7

Jun 25, 2014Out of 50+ songs in my library, only one has this issue. Its format is no different from the others; I have tried deleting and re-installing the song. I have also tried unchecking the "Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC" option in my iPhone settings, but the box was unchecked to begin with. I have also tried to create a compatible version ("File > Create new version > iPod or iPhone version"). It won't even give me the option of doing so. Is it just the song? Should I give up on it?Â

May 30, 2012For a few days now my iPhone 4 is not connecting properly to my laptop. I purchased this laptop back in January and for the past 5 months it has worked fine connecting to the laptop and syncing with my itunes. May 24, 2012I had a MacBook Air and a 6 year old desktop PC. Everything I had was on both of them, so they acted as each other's back up. This Sunday evening just gone, my PC finally died a traumatic death, and I can't even get it to boot from Safe Mode. Then on Monday while I was at work, my house was burgled, and my MacBook Air was stolen, amongst many other things. All I have now is my iPhone 4S which was with me at the time. All my music, photos, videos etc are on my iPhone, but I'm very aware that when I eventually get my replacement MacBook from our insurance company (I'm being realistic and accepting that I'll never see my stuff again), as soon as I plug my phone into a blank iTunes library, I'll lose everything that's on there. Obviously I can re-download everything I've purchased from iTunes, though it will take a VERY long time and I still won't have playlists etc, and I can probably either Dropbox or email what photos I have on there, but I have a lot of video clips from over the last few years that aren't on my camera roll - they're in the phone as proper videos, in the video player app, and I can't get Dropbox to view that location, or figure out how to email them. The videos are very important to me and I really don't want to lose them; so much so that I'm thinking of never syncing my iPhone ever again! Basically, what I'm asking is, how can I copy everything from my iPhone into a blank iTunes library?

Apr 2, 2012I own a Dell, unfortunately, and recently got entriely overcome with viruses to the point where no software could help me get rid of them. In order to solve this problem I reimaged my laptop (which consists of only saving my music and documents on an external hard drvie, wiping clean the entire disk to factory settings and then starting over) Once finished, I redownloaded the newest version of iTunes (10.6 I believe) and plugged in my iPhone 4 to backup it up to my now empty laptop. However, when I plug it in iTunes will recognize my iPhone but will not sync it or back it up because it says, "The iPhone is synced with another iTunes library." It then asks if I would like to erase the iPhone in order to sync it to this library. I clearly do not want to erase my iPhone and I no longer have any saved backups because they were all erased in the reimaging of my laptop. What do I have to do in order to backup my iPhone to my laptop? This is a problem because I do not want to lose everything on my phone if it breaks or gets stolen etc.
