When setting up my email acct, I cannot change the password for my email address. In other words, there are 4 star symbols already listed and they cannot be changed. These 4 symbols are already there instaed of the entry space being blank. Where do they come from and how can change the password.

I had to recover my gmail account's password in order to get to my emails.The problem is: it is also linked with my BIS account, i want to change my password now aswell on my blackberry device. i tried by doing so by taking it off and setting it up again, but my bis account withkeeps me to change it, there is no common setting in changing the old password on my blackberry device. its a blackberry curve 8520, operating system ver 5.

When I purchased my Curve 3g about a year ago, I setup my email account like normal and it worked fine over this past year. Recently I had to change my email password on the computer, and it caused my blackberry to no longer be able to send or receive my emails. So I went back into setup and went to the email set up so that I could change my password on my phone, but when I click the "Email Accounts" button in set up, it doesn't go anywhere. All of the other setup icons work except the email one.

I have a Microsoft outlook email account at work and we have to change our password every two months or so. I changed mine this morning and went to change it on my blackberry but it won't take the new password. It comes up with the following: "Please verify your email account information. It doens't verify my Phone Number, only able to use my Apple ID to send iMessages, so my girlfriend, recieves my iMessages, from my email address.FaceTime was working, I didn't touch it at all, I left it alone.today I actually restored it, TWICE. Twice because I backed it up for the first restore, and than the second restore, I restored it as a whole entire new iPhone, and still, my iPhone isn't registering my iMessage with my Phone Number, my carrier is Verizon, I've gone all through the Forums, did pretty much EVERYTHING on here that you could think of, I've even left it off for a good couple of hours, and re-tried it, I've left it to switch on over night, and it failed to turn on it says. I've never encountered a problem with my phone until this week, around 2 days ago, not quite 3 days.Like I said, I've done pretty much everything.Are the iMessage servers down or something?This is quite annoying.
