Ive found several devices or apps that actually block Texting emailing even calls for phones in motion. But they all seem to work with Droid or every other phone besides Apple!? Does anyone know of a device or app that actually BLOCKs a driver from texting while driving.
I have just bought an iphone 3GS on ebay.plugged it in to itunes to restore it. the data was wipped and i got a message saying driver not installed. iphone is now not recognised in itunes or my computer and says in recovery mode in device manager. phone now does not work.

When i try to update my driver software for my iphone when registering to a non apple computer, it says that one of the drivers for my device cannot be installed. when i go into properties it says my device is not configured correctly so i cannot update my driver. how do i reconfigure my device?
When I open iTunes my iPhone 4S will not show up as a device. I have tried the advice provided by Apple. I have gone through the iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant. That gave no solutions. I have tried the other solutions offered by Apple. I think that I have possibly identified the problem. As far as I know the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is not installed on my computer. I have tried to install it but when I do I receive an error message. I repeat the entire error message in the following paragraph. The message appears in a dialogue box with the name: "Update Driver Software - iPhone".
"Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device. Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it. Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. Access is denied. If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver software."
How can I get this driver installed? My version of iTunes is current. My PC's operating system is Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2.
My Window 7 computer has deleted the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. Itunes won't recognize any of our iphones. Plug the phones in come up with unknown device. Have changed USB Cable and tried different ports.
I was having issues getting my Itunes to recognize my Iphone 4s so I followed the apple support instructions here: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows and it said to delete the driver software (Step 2 of Reinstall the Apple Mobile Device Driver). After I did that I have been unable to get any of the steps that follow to work. Is there any place that I can download the Apple mobile device USB Driver software? I have tried numerous things including re-installing Itunes multiple times but this does not appear to reinstall the driver software.
I bought Xperia ray few days ago and trying to build app using bluetooth and PC. PC is running windows 7.I can pair (send four numbers, confirm numbers) but when W7 tries do install drivers the drivers are not found. I tried several things. BlueTerm won't connect. Bluetooth File Transfer won't connect also. Also I tried adding com port for incoming in BT settings (as suggested in one post) but won't connect again?!The Xperia is running Android 2.3.4 version!
Also, want to mention that I'm able to connect to the same PC (and BT dongle) with other phones with no problems at all!is it true that SE does not support (create) BT drivers for win 7??? If so I'm very disappointed .the phone is great but the driver is really something that's needed!
I was able to synch to my Torch last week. I was going to update my wife's Torch. However, the Blackberry desktop which was the latest one downloaded from the Blackberry website. I did have the latest OS version on my phone and my phone is now not being detected either. I tried everything from a clean install of the desktop software to taking the battery out to restarting the laptop to trying to update the drivers via the control panel. The laptop is using Vista with SP2.
I know that one of the solutions for installing the MTP driver is to change your usb connection to Mass Storage and delete a folder in the private folder but i can't find it in the private folder! plenty of other folders with lots of digits but no 10208913 folder.
I have just given up and started using WMP in mass storage but it means i can't transfer actual playlists, the songs are transfered but i have to make a playlist manually on my phone which can get real tedious.
We recently bought a Curve 9360, but I can't get the device driver to load. I've loaded the Blackberry Desktop fine, but as soon as we connect the phone to the computer we get a message that states the device driver cannot load.
I've just downloaded the new v5 software for my curve 8520. I really dislike the BBM this version carries. Is there any possible way that I can either downgrade the software or just downgrade the BBm app (which would be most preferable)?
I can pair my torch 9800 with my laptop running Windows 7 but it can not install the driver. Where do I find the driver? It pairs, my torch is showing in device list, Windows searches for driver but not able to find the driver to install.
