Jul 22, 2010I've searched and searched every link indicates I should just be able to attach the phone & copy video/pix using the camera/scanner option .well I can't. I've tried everything. I have a video made on my phone of a wedding...only ~5-10 minutes. At any rate I cannot figure out how to get it off my phone & to my PC. I copy via camera/scanner & after ~10 minutes get an error that states it could not copy .my photos work fine. I've tried to view the video via Quick Time (latest version) & it states that the .Mov file is not something Quick time understands.what's up? How can move the file from my phone to PC?

Oct 2, 2012I bought my wife the Razr M from AmazonWireless and she loves the upgrade from her Droid X, but we're having problems with barcode scanners.
When taking pictures using the built in camera app, autofocus works fine. However, when scanning a barcode using any app that supports barcode scanning, the camera never autofocuses and since the barcode is out of focus, it can't be scanned. We've tried it using ZXing Barcode Scanner, the Munzee app, and the walgreens pharmacy app.
I haven't been able to find any reports of others having a similar issue which makes me think it might be a hardware issue.

I follow all of the steps to install it, but when I try and install the "usbaapl.inf" from the folder " C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleMobile Device SupportDrivers." I get a message saying: "The folder you specificied doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for 32 bit systems"

I can delete my fingerprints and reinstall them and they work fine for a few hours. than they wont work. It is very upsetting that I spent more money for the 5s because I wanted the fingerprint scanner. I could have saved money by buying the 5c.
