May 29, 2012I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this...I was having issues initially with my iPhone not recognizing that I had iTunes match enabled, so I re-enabled it on my Mac. When I went to enable it under Settings->Music, it allowed me to switch on "Enable iTunes Match", but then the option immidiately disappeared (See screenshot). iTunes Match is currently not running on my phone and I cannot get the option to enable/disable it to populate whatsoever. I've tried soft reseting multiple times (Holding down the home+power button for 10 seconds) with no avail.

I have gone through the steps here - [URL] .... however i am unable to switch the phone off completelly - only a soft restart using the power and volume up key - the phone then restarts before i can go to step 4 where i connect the usb holding the volume down button. By that time the phone has restarted.

Allowing the phone to completely run out of battery is not an option as the above requires at least 80% battery even when plugged in.

Jan 25, 2012Upgraded to Bold 9900 a few months ago, last week, Bold kept restarting and so got new bold. Using BES 4.1 and activated phone, but appears that only 5 days worth of emails in Inbox and no emails in Sub-folders. Spoke to Blackberry and they said that this was by design!!! Deleted user from BES and re-created, but still same problem. Is there anything I can do, can't believe that this is by design. It appears that even though you delete user from BES Server, details are still in back end database and so when user is recreated from address list, it links back to the database and repopulates with the limited emails. Is there a way that I can delete the user completely and then recreate from scratch and populate all emails from exchange inbox and sub-folders?

Then this morning I connected it to my PC to charge it and itunes automatically opened and did a sync.
