IPhone 5s :: Why Can't Download Apps That Downloaded On Previous Devices
Sep 2, 2014I just recently bought a iPhone 5s from radioshack and have not been having any problems the whole week until today, I can't download those apps that have the cloud symbol with arrow facing downward. When I click on the cloud with the arrow facing downward it says, "this item is no longer available".
I downloaded my apps before on a iPod 5g 32gb model and a iPad Mini (Without retina Display) 16gb model.I can download only the apps that I deleted from my iPhone 5s (Yes, they have that cloud with downward arrow symbol.)

Dec 1, 2014I have an I phone and going to get one for wife and daughter. My apple ID is the one where all our music is located as my wife and daughter use their ipods.  If they get their own apple ID's, I don't believe they can access their purchased music and apps on my apple ID.   If we all use the same apple ID, any unintended consequences.

Apr 6, 2012My wife and I have iPhones, and we also have an iPad. She synced her phone with my desktop for the first time, why i have no idea, but she did. The next day, I synced my iphone with the desktop to put some new music on. When it was done, I had all her apps on my phone. Is there anyway to get the computer to recognize different iPhones and iPads on the same iTunes account and not do that? Had the problem with my iPad too. Got all my phone apps on it and had to do some deleting!

Dec 1, 2014for some reason, I am receiving calls on multiple devices when they are in close proximity. For example, if my wife receives a call then my son's phone and my phone will also ring. All devices have been logged out of the Apple ID. As far as I know, this is not happening with iMessage.

The cam is connected to the mini display port do there is no port available for the VGA cable anymore. Do I need to use a different port for the projector? Should I buy a video card?

Mar 9, 2010I have a Bold 9000 on the AT&T network running v5.0.0.464. I'm having a problem with the Mute button (on top). I use the button to put the device into sleep/hibernation/whatever. I have had this problem with three devices (all 9000's) and have had each replaced because I was told that it was a hardware error by the AT&T rep. However, I have done some testing on additional devices (corp. environment) and have been able to reproduce the issue, or more accurately stated, I have been able to observe the issue occurring on each device in my test group over time.
Basically, when the device is new, the button works very snappy. Over time, looks like 2-3 months, the button begins to show intermittent issues and takes longer and longer being held down to activate the function (starting or sleeping). Eventually, this function has quit working on every device I've tested (out of the box devices with no apps beyond the delivered ones installed). Removing the battery repeatedly and on a regular schedule of once a week has not had an impact on the issue during testing or in Prod. Being new to supporting these devices I looked around and did some searching but haven't found a solution that has worked for our situation.

Nov 30, 2014Noticed on devices using 8.1.1 version software...When double click home screen if another family member is using safari on another device a screen pops up showing the safari symbol and below it says "sent from and the name of the iPhone". If you try to swipe it up like other screens that pop up when you double tap home screen it does not go away. If you click on it it takes you to website being viewed by the user at that moment. As soon as that user closes out of safari the screen goes away.
