Mar 12, 2012The home computer iTunes will not let me sync certain apps bought directly from iTunes with the iPhone. The two ID's (home Apple id and iPhone id) are not identical. The Store 'Authorize' function tells me that the computer is authorized. How do I get all apps to sync across all devices (I also have an iPad).

Sep 2, 2014I just recently bought a iPhone 5s from radioshack and have not been having any problems the whole week until today, I can't download those apps that have the cloud symbol with arrow facing downward. When I click on the cloud with the arrow facing downward it says, "this item is no longer available".
I downloaded my apps before on a iPod 5g 32gb model and a iPad Mini (Without retina Display) 16gb model.I can download only the apps that I deleted from my iPhone 5s (Yes, they have that cloud with downward arrow symbol.)

May 23, 2012I have an iPhone 4 and recently updated to IOS 5 and since then whenever I try to download a podcast, apps, or even update existing apps, there is a problem! With Apps, the message is "Waiting..." (So far a Bible app app has been "waiting" for about three weeks to update! Going back to the update apps info screen, the message says, "Installing" and with podcasts, it starts to download and then stops at 9.8 Kb...
All installed Apps work fine and there is no other problem except for updating and downloading. I have a good WIFI signal (have tried this in multiple locations and all show good signal strength). I can listen to online podcasts, but cannot download them.

Jun 17, 2012My apps will not update on my phone. I've turned my phone off and let it set and tried to update after and it didn't work. I've tried backing up and syncing and it didnt work either. I've tried to update the apps individually instead of all at once and I get a message such "name of the app is not available at this time" , but it updated on my iPad just fine. I can't use my apps on my phone as it acts like they are currently updating. It's been this way for three days.
