IPhone :: Can't Save Rotated Or Changed Pictures On My Computer
Mar 28, 2012
i've tried everything. changing filetypes and making new maps to put the pictures in but it won't work.. i even deleted itunes and downloaded it again. it's really disturbing not to be able to rotate pictures!
In Anna I could find pictures in file management in order to move/copy them to memory stick, but that seems to be not possible in Belle. Also the phone guide tells you can select where to save the pictures by going to Settings - Application settings - camera - Photo or Video. Unfortunately in my N8 Belle there is no possibility to select any folder for saving the pictures. So I can not find the new pictures anywhere to remove them from the phone without using computer.
I need to know if there is any way to save the sms on my current iphone 4 to my computer. I don't want them on my new 5c but want to be able to access them on my home computer. Is this possible?
I like to keep my message app fairly clean, but I have a few long long conversations which I'd like to keep if possible, instead of just wiping them all clear. I was wondering if there is any way to back these messages up somewhere (say on my PC) so that I can read them at a later date if I wanted to?
This way I can keep the messages but keep my message app clean and speedy? (running iOS5.1.1 by the way, on a windows 7 PC with latest itunes)
Info: Custom, Windows 7, 64bit Windows 7, 8gb RAM, Quad Core
the type of my pictures have changed to jpg.rem which means whenever I want to see my pictures on the laptop it doesn't let me because of the format before it was jpg now its jpg.rem . How can I change it back to jpg
I've been a Mac addict for 27 years but am a brand new iPhone owner. Is there a way to forward or save text messages that go to or from my iPhone to my computer? My phone is not always on, but I'm tied to my email. Also, I often need a record of text messages and would like a way to preserve them.
Has anyone else noticed that when you email a photo that is oriented as portrait, it appears as landscape in the email? For some reason, ios4 automatically positions photos to be viewed as landscape. When the email is checked on the phone, the orientation is correct. But when the email is viewed on a computer, it appears sideways.I've searched forums for the past hour or so and only found this mentioned in 1 other place.
For some reason, as of yesterday, when I email a photo the recipient gets it rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise. To my knowledge, I haven't made any changes to my iphone.
Through Control Panel, Settings,General,Personalization,Standby Mode,Mode Settings,Application Shortcuts, I have changed 3 of the 6 home screen shortcut icons to Google, BBC weather and EbayMobile. Unfortunately they all show on the home screen as an icon of the planet Earth, and it's only when I move the cursor over them that the wording appears to show which one is which !
Does anyone know if the home screen icons can be changed to other symbols/pictures so I can recognize them without having to hover over them ? I can't find any way on the phone itself that enables this to be done and I've also tried to find any mention of it on the internet, but no luck ! Has anyone else tried to do this and been successful ? - Would be pleased to hear from you if you are able to resolve this !
I used to use Nokia Photo Browser to see my pictures, instead of the default Gallery (hope this is the right name in English). Somehow, recently I couldn't see the latest pictures with Photo Browser and I found that my Camera NOW stores the pictures in E:DCIM100NOKIA instead of E:PICTURESecc.I've tried a rest of the settings of Camera but with no success.
Somehow my phone changed the date of my taken pictures and whatsapp pictures saved on the SDcard. I dont know why or how that happened.
See the picture below/attached.
What is the best way to correct the dates? It would take a lot of time to change every single picture since there are around 150 pictures to be changed individually. Is this maybe a mistake of the media cache??
My friend spilled a drink on my phone and it will no longer turn on. I have over 2,000 picures on there, which I thought had transferred into my itunes, but never did. Is there any way to get them off of my phone or anything Apple can do?
