Apr 14, 2012today i deleted some messages between me and a friend and those messages ive had for years and had information i dearly need back now. i plug my iphone into the computer every night and usually close itunes right away so idk if it syncs or not. since it has happened ive plugged the phone back in but it hasnt synced and i read around that if i restore it it comes back? idk exactly what to do though, and i am in dear need of those messages.

Apr 9, 2012Recently i had purchased a new Iphone 4s. When i plugged it in to my computer it deleted all my contacts, music etc & it replaced it with all my old information i had with my earlier iphone.
All my old music is now in the phone. The new purchased music i bought is still in "my music" but does not play, and does not sync to Itunes. Is there anyway to get it back? There has to be i bought $200 worth of music, and now it's not working.

Jun 24, 2014I was having issues getting my Itunes to recognize my Iphone 4s so I followed the apple support instructions here: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows and it said to delete the driver software (Step 2 of Reinstall the Apple Mobile Device Driver). After I did that I have been unable to get any of the steps that follow to work. Is there any place that I can download the Apple mobile device USB Driver software? I have tried numerous things including re-installing Itunes multiple times but this does not appear to reinstall the driver software.

Apr 11, 2012I have about 6 or 7 songs that I want to permanently delete from my iTunes library and iPhone. They keep showing up even after I've unchecked/deleted them. I've used the manual option and selected the artists, genres, etc. that I still want, but the deleted songs keep appearing. I bought these songs off of the iTunes store I didn't use my iPhone. I don't have the iTunes Match option turned on my phone, nor do I use iCloud. I don't know what else to do besides manually selecting all of my songs and putting them into a folder, deleting the blasphemous songs that I don't want anymore, deleting my iTunes library and resetting my iPhone and copying the songs from the folder back into my iTunes library.

Motorola Xoom :: Starting Nvflash By Accident
May 2, 2011I had just charge my Xoom and was accidently pressing the volume down button as it was bootin up, At the top left corner i got the message: ->NVflash, after this the regular Motorola logo displayed but nothing happend, here the panic struck. So i tried turning of the Xoom but nothing happend then i pressed volume up button and it went black, except for the LED at the top right corner(white LED light) it has been like this for about 48 hrs now, i think i have activated the bootloader on the xoom? Do i have to wait until it runs out of battery to reboot?

Jun 27, 2011I've noticed that some times when I get text messages from certain contacts, the way it shows up on my informs me that it was sent to myself and X amount of people (and I can view those numbers/contacts if I have them). But what's annoying is when I try to reply to "said person" it replies to all contacts that recieve the message. Now if I hold down the message and get options, I can view the details and open the message/delete the message, and I can Reply to All... but it never lets me just reply to that person. There is no option for it. I just reply and they all get it.
Like I stated before, this is not every time I get a mass text message from someone. Some of my friends have iPhone 4s so I tested it last night with a friend sending out a text to two of us and when I received it there was no indication that it had been sent to multiple people. Also have another friend that does this a lot with his Droid 2, no issue with his either. I'm wondering if this is happening because of the way it's being sent to me (and others) but even if I can see who else it was sent to, I'd still like the option to just reply to one person.Any advice on this? I foresee people telling me to get another text messaging app though which makes me think AT&T/Motorola should really add a lot more features to their text messaging app just incase of the people that would like options..

Aug 27, 2014I got a notification from the App Store that said there was an update for the Facebook Messenger app, so I tried to install it. When it was finished downloading, instead of installing it gave me an error message and then the app icon disappeared, leaving a blank space where it used to be. I thought I would be able to reinstall it from the App Store, but it tells me that the app is already installed. If I go to App Store > Updates > Purchased, it is on the list and has a button that says "Open" next to it which does nothing. I have tried restarting and resetting my phone, and I did a backup from iTunes, none of which has changed anything.
