I am having issues with all my apps, they just blink and return to the main desktop screen, so I can't actually access any of them. What do I need to do without losing all my contacts & info stored?

I have nokia E5, and i was forced to format phone usig *#7370#, memory card was also formated. So the problem is - how can i re-install previously purchased applications in ovi store?I thought it will be easy way, however it doesn't. Despite the fact that all of my previously purchased apps appeared in "My Stuff" section in Ovi Store applications, i cant download it, they only offer me to buy it again, I tried to solve this problem using pc, i wanted to download apps to pc from ovi store website and then move to phone. But all i can do - send a link to phone, and there i was offered to buy app again. It's just shocking omission of Ovi Store, that repels future purchases.

When I completed my payment .It automatically appears to download page ut then nothing was downloaded.I try with other free application it then works.Below ismy recent purchased record. Having gone through hours attempting to re-download all my apps and settings since installing belle (a nightmare in itself) quite a few of them are no longer available to me! So lot of applications are not displayed in OVI Store when I looged from my mobile. (Reason is its displaying content for N73 not for E72) I tried changing your Mobile to E72 in ovistore by logging from desktop. I tried entering my receipt number plus last 4 of card and I also tried just entering the full CC number as well and get that response for both.
Just wanting to know if anyone has possibly experienced before, wanted to to see if any Macforum members have had this issue and what was the resolution to your issue? Should I just call Apple? Are they giving refunds in store if you take in your receipt?
With no reason, my nokia n8 (symbian belle) stopped doing things it normally used to.Eg: I downloaded the nokia ovi store from its official web site but when I try to run, it takes a long time until say "retry" A similar situation happens when I want to instal ebbudy, it says connection lost.Applications like social networks or wassup run without problems!

My phone was given to me by someone else but I did a complete reset and deleted their data and started using the phone.Everything was fine until I went on to a few questionable websites. Having clicked a few links, I found that new tabs were spontaneously opening in the safari browser and the app store kept kicking me out of my web session and inviting me to install some app.Â
As far as I am knowledgable, the phone is not jailbroken (if it was this would have been rectified when I did the reset, correct?).And as far as I know, the phone is very much safe, as long as it is not jailbroken, from malware etc. I did yet another reset, several intact, and I had a similar issue. This time though when I did the latest reset I did not include my iCloud and apple id credentials during the set up for fear of getting hacked. Â
The problem now is I have the issue on the phone, there is a lot of data, numbers and pictures I would like to transfer to my computer but I am 1) fearful of connecting it and 2) afraid to type in an email and password to send my data to myself, or even sync everything with iCloud.Â
The phone is also terribly slow, I don't know if this is a malware problem or if it is, as I read others have said the same online, the phone being too underpowered to support iOS 7.Â
