IPhone :: Syncing 2 Phones To ITunes And Application Management

My wife and I are upgrading to the iPhone 4 on launch. My wife is new to iPhone, I'm not. Anyone here have experience syncing 2 iPhones to iTunes and application management?
I have apps that I paid for can they be added to her iPhone since it will be using the same Apple iTunes Store ID? What about Apps like Facebook and TweetDeck. Since the main file is the same, will it have problems keeping the data different between the 2 phones? If I sync her phone and then sync mine will my Facebook be logged in as her?

The two iPhone 4s I ordered will be here tomorrow to be activated on a family plan for me and my brother. Email from AT&T with activation instructions mention connecting to iTunes. If they are activated on one iTunes account, can one be transferred to a different iTunes account later? Reason I'm asking is because I'm a telecommuter so will be home and can take care of it all tomorrow. My brother doesn't get home from work until 7:30 pm so wondering if I should wait to let him activate his own phone or not. He has his own computer....I need to ask him if he has an iTunes account.
Does it matter one way or the other? If we keep both on one iTunes account, how do apps work? Do they install on just one phone or will they install on both? Right now I have a bunch of free apps selected but I image one or the other of us will want to buy something eventually.

i am stuck in a tricky situation and would things first i know this is quite a frequently asked question as i have done a bit of searching on the net about it however could not not find anything that totaly matches myproblem, i have recently purchased a brand new laptop which runs windows 7 compared to my old desktop which ran XP, i have tried syncing all of my iphone 4s contents onto my new laptop's itunes library including everything not just music or videos and i got the infamous pop up "The iphone is synced with another Itunes library. Do you want to erase this iphone and sync with this Itunes library" the problem is that my original itunes library does not exist no more as my desktop was completly wiped and had XP redownloaded onto it again because it had a virus, which also wiped all of my hard drive so i cant even get everything i backed up off of my phone from it, i have managed to sign in to the itunes store and allowed my laptop to work with itunes,i have also transferred my purchases from my phone to my new itunes library but this only includes my apps and obviously not my contacts and photos and everything, i still get the pop up if i go to sync my apps from my library anyway, is there any way i can delete my original itunes library without it even existing anymore so that i can just start afresh and sync everything i have on my phone now directly to my new itunes library? or do i need to purchase this iphone rip/backup/store software that everyone goes on about or something? to be honest its really annoying my now as i just want to be able to sync everything like how i used to,

I can manage my apps in iTunes 9.2 just fine when connected to the iphone 4,however when I tell it to sync it just goes thru the motions and erases all the apps and takes them off the phone. So no matter what I do I can not load any non-native app onto the phone. I set up the phone as a restore. Should I try setting it up as a new phone, then a restore?

I have the new 5.1 on a 3gs. My iTunes is 10.6. When I synced them 10 out of 109 albums do not show up in Artist. They do show up in album with no artist title. The info and artwork are correct in iTunes. How can I make it sync right on my phone?

I lost many of my apps (330 apps and 32 folders), Why its so complicated for Apple to open more than 11 Pages on iOS 5.1?
When restoring iPhone to factory defaults, the same thing will occur...
So when you open Settings General Usage (after a while you see installed APPs) you notice that these apps either deleted (because of syncing), or got hidden(icons disappeared)
Is it so difficult for Apple to that? Or is it Apple's Policy not to do so?
What will go wrong if I open more than 11 pages for my APPs ? In my Samsung Galaxy I did opened more than 30 Pages ! Why using the bluetooth is complicated? Why it is not compatible with Non-Apple bluetooth products ??

I Just Got A New Ringtone That I downloaded It Is A Costum Ringtone From A Video Game Now i Put it On To Itunes And When I Try To Sync it On To My Iphone 4 It Will Not Show Up.And Even When I Try To take Some kind of song or ringtone or anything for that matter ot wont come off and when i try to put the ringtone on it will not show up.Can Someone Please Help Is This like a itunes glitch or something its been like 3 or 4 weeks and i really want this ringtone.

When syncing an iPhone 4 - on the graph at the bottom of the summary screen (iTunes 10) what content constitutes "Other" contgent.After the last iOS update a lot of gig of this content appeared & I can't get rid of it because im not sure what it consists of.

I have a jailbroken iPhone 3gs with Installous and also the appsync plugin. I have no problem installing and running apps using intallous but when I go to sync my phone to my computer via iTunes it always removes the apps I had installed. A friend of mine doesn't have this problem but he is also using an older version of the iPhone. Is this a normal problem or do I need to install another plugin?

I've got a iPhone 3GS running 4.0.1 and mac OS 10.6.4, iTunes 9.2.iTunes just won't let me sync my photos. I've tried to reinstall the 4.0.1 firmware, reinstalled iTunes but it doesn't work.I had this problem before when I tried to add a picture to the iPhone - but it didn't let me. So someone said - remove the iPod Cache Folder, so I did and now I can't sync any pictures.What happens is that when I press "Synchronize" - it synchronizes - but no pictures added.The Camera Roll is fine - it's just when I try to add something from a folder.I've tried different folders, removed everything to do with iPod Cache Folder. The picture I'm trying to add is a .jpg.I installed iPhoto to see if that makes any difference - but no .. it's still the same.On my PC it works just fine, no problem what so ever.Synchronizing music on my mac to the iPhone works fine too.
What's going on?

My iPhone is jb on 3.1.2 and I have the latest version of iTunes (9.1.1.12) and for some reason it will take forever to backup or it won't transfer any of my apps from my iPhone. The hard drive on my laptop was damaged so I had to have it replaced along with the re-installation of vista so my songs, pics, etc were transfered except for any program which could not be done. Ibtried to use iTunes 9.0.1 but it said some new file was installed by a newer version of iTunes so it would not open, i tried rebooting my phone, iTunes, and even the laptop but it does not help, I have tried googling it and searching here on the forums and found no answer. So what can I do to fix it, I need a working backup and I need my apps or else I have download about 105 apps which will be annoying and long. I think I heard something about the newest iTunes which I have does not allow jb iPhones to sync.

While running a normal back-up and update on iTunes, I revieved an error message saying that my iPhone needed to be restored. All my iPhone information in ITunes is completely gone. My phone will not turn on and ITunes is giving me a message saying that my phone is in recovery mode. How can this happen while doing a simple back-up?

I have purchased and downloaded (through iTunes) six songs from a particular artist, and added these songs to two different playlists on my iTunes. However, five of them will not sync to my iPhone. They are checked, and I am able to play them through iTunes on my computer without a problem (Windows 7). However, on my iPhone, only the one song shows up.
I have deleted the songs and re-downloaded them, but they still won't sync. I also tried unsyncing all music, and then re-syncing, but they still don't appear. My iTunes and iPhone iOS are both completely up to date. These songs worked fine on my iPhone 3GS, but ever since I got my 4S, they've never shown up.

I had music on 2 computers that I purchased through Itunes. When I tried to transfer one set of songs to the other computer it synced (songs showed up on that computer's itunes), but now won't let me put those songs on my Iphone4s? How do I get those songs to sync with my phone.
