I tried iRinger, and its ok, but I can't edit the file. I like how after it exports the file it places it into iTunes. Hey look on the brightside, i am no longer asking how to unbrick my phone right? Anyone recommend a good free ringtone maker?

I just received a new phone and I backed up my iphone this morning on my phone not my computer. When I came home to back up my phone from my icloud it will only upload the new one that I backed up instead of the old one I did that morning. That is my first problem. Now I need to know how I can edit the things in my icloud so I can delete space and take stuff out of it. I don't want to buy more space so how can I delete some things in my icloud?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI downloaded a song from iTunes onto my Samsung Galaxy S6. Now, I want to assign this song as my wife's personal ringtone, but I want the song to start at a certain part of it, 1 minute and 35 seconds to be precise. However, my phone only gives me the options of 1) Playing from the Beginning or 2) Playing a Highlighted portion of the song, which randomly selects a certain spot, the same spot and a spot I did not choose, every time I select Highlight.
My question, is there a way to edit this song in the way I have described above? To be exact: I select Ringtone in Settings, then I select Media Storage when a pop-up at the bottom appears saying "Complete action using..." and gives me a choice of Media Storage or Zedge. I scroll all the way down the ringtone list and select "+ Add ringtone," and again that pop-up appears but this time it is asking if I want Sound Picker, Cloud, or Zedge. I select Sound Picker, which takes me to a list of other songs and this is where I have the problem with trying to edit the song.

I don't want to take it in with me since I'll probably get it stolen or wet. But whether I leave it in the trunk or in the glove box it still comes up with this Temperature issue. Do you think this is bad? What precautions should I take? I'm weary of leaving it in the cooler since it might end up getting wet, and I'll never get a Apple Store swap for replacement.

I was browsing through my pictures in the photo album and noticed the edit feature, I wasn't sure what the buttons at the bottom were for so I clicked the red circle and realized it is the red eye edit tool. But it took me to a full screen of the picture and tells me to click on the red eyes and to click twice to undo, but after lots of clicking I can't seem to get the screen to go back to my normal photo album. How do I close this feature? I can access my camera roll through the camera but not through the photo album. Even after hitting my home key and trying to get back in it still takes me to the picture that is in edit mode.

Although I have connected my AT&T email to my iPhone and iPad in the past, they have stopped working. I now am unable to get a connection to AT&T email using their settings. I have even used the new servicers, outbound.att.net and inbound.att.net to no avail. I have tried it with and without SSL. the message just keeps saying that my username or password is incorrect, and I know that this is not true. AT&T refuses to help with email connections to any mobile device. Does anyone have any suggestions?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've earlier posted two questions about the issues.Would also like to push for theese, for me, very important improvements in a future E72 software release:Improve the search, when dialing from stand by mode (home screen), to also include the "Save As" field from Outlook, or at least the company name. It works in the contacts screen and should of course work in the home screen.Evolve the categories in the calendar so that it can be used with Outlook categories fully.These two improvements would really add a lot of value for me and i think for a lot of other people who use the E72 for business.Would really be nice to here from someone at Nokia that "we are aware and working on a solution".

So far I am still very puzzled why Nokia cannot do a proper and simple search for CONTACTs. eg. John Smith, IBM, (Address) - Australia xxxx, (cell) 901222*******. You type Smith John, and it will return nothing. You type IBM and will return nothing. You type Australia, it will return nothing. You search the cell number say 9012, it wil return nothing why so dumb. I really don't care how it can connect to the internet, or listen to music or anything extra you can think of. It is a phone and the address book is the most often used pcs of software. Pls improve it with GLOBAL, all field search, instant and fast, even telephone numbers should be searchable. How difficult can that be? I am sure if you open the code, a 16 yr old kid can improve it!
View 7 Replies View RelatedI selected "I never want to have any words or letters replaced" in Words Suggestions in Language and Input. I can see word suggestions on top of Xperia keyboard but I am unable to select the words. The letters below the words gets selected instead. This only happens in phone is held upright (portrait). The selection works when phone is rotated horizontal (landscape).Â
That leads me to another problem, when in horizontal (landscape), only a slither of the doc avail for editing. The keyboard takes up 2 thirds of the space, and apps tool bar takes the rest of the real estate above that. Hence I almost never input any docs/apps on the Z3 horizontally. Maybe the real estate issue is because I use large font size.Â
I want to remove this bar. The bar that gives suggestions fot the words you're writing. It is a inconvenience because take up much space. What are the steps to follow to disable this option.

On the k320i was a word suggestions option which had "display as list" or "dont display"selecting "dont display" meant that i didnt have the box showing up with a list of possible words i was typing in. On the new phone (w100i) I found "word suggestions" and "next word suggestions" both of which i set to off.However i am still having word suggestions displayed.I would like to know if it is possible on the w100i to not have the list of words displayed as it was with the k310i? any help would be greatly appreciated and of course if it isnt possible to have it not displayed i will just have tp get used to it .
View 2 Replies View RelatedHaving owned the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic for a couple of months or so, I must say that I really like the phone and it has great functionality.My main concerns/issues however are outlined below:
1. Facebook for Nokia app is slow, does not show all of the functions that m.facebook.com shows and isn't a homescreen widget (e.g. push notifications)
2. Communities app is even slower and again does not have the functionality of m.facebook.com and doesn't show notifications at all!
3. The Nokia Messaging app insists on connecting to 3G all the time, rather than a wifi connection when available. I've also experienced intermittent issues when trying to connect (sometimes it stays offline and even selecting 'Go online' doesn't wake the program up).
4. Default web browser keeps crashing and doesn't support larger websites (I experience intermittent crashes as well as memory issues). I do not receive such issues in Opera Mobile. I also dislike the defaulting to full screen mode all the time. If you turn full screen off, as soon as you navigate to a different page it goes back to full screen again, therefore increasing the activity on the phone and it takes longer to load the page before you can scroll or click another link.
I think I've covered all of my main concerns but in essence this device really needs better app support and social networking integration.I would be grateful if I could be given an update on if/when we can expect to receive such support.If anyone else agrees, please indicate below along with any additional feature requests relating to this topic.
