Jul 23, 2015For a while now I've notice a gradient on the bottom and top of home screen. I first noticed it when I wanted to apply an all black wallpaper, it makes some of the wallpapers I want look weird with the gradient. It doesn't matter which launcher I use, it's always like that. I don't want to reset my phone because I don't want to have to re-download my apps and update them. I'm not sure if it's from the latest update because it wasn't like that when I first got this phone. Also, it's not like that on every page, just the home screen.

Aug 26, 2014My IPhone 5S is about 8 months old and still under warranty.
4 days back faint gray lines started appearing on the bottom of the screen. After another day a small black spot appeared on one side of the grey lines and it has been growing since then.
I visited Apple Service Centre yesterday. They could not diagnose the issue so they sent some pictures to the Singapore team for escalation. I had a word with the singapore team today and they tell me that the black spot is likely due to pressure damage and they will not cover this under warranty.
On being quizzed further, they do not have any clue why the grey lines have occurred.
On being asked how come there are no other signs of damage either to my touchscreen or to my screen body, they hilariously replied the pressure damage is from inside the phone.
When asked how they think I could have applied pressure from inside my phone, they are clueless again.

Apr 13, 2015So all of the pre-installed lock screen wallpapers come up in full color when you unlock the device. Now when I set up my own lock screen wallpaper it basically fades to the background and is very dark and almost black. The clock and camera, phone icons are bright like normal. Is this the way it's suppose to be? Do I maybe need to move the wallpaper I want to use to where the lock screen wallpapers are?

Samsung :: Impact Remove Stock Wallpaper?
Jan 29, 2010The Samsung Impact comes with some default wallpapers that cycle through as a slideshow when you lock your phone. Is there a way to delete these? I hate having little flowers and what not when I lock my phone. I tried Samsung Customer Service (e-mail is useless, they don't read the request) and when I called they said they'd have someone contact me back but of course no one ever did (this was over a month ago).

After the sync with iTunes, I noticed that some album remained were in gray, and unable to play on the phone. I tried to: restore the same albums remained on the phone (nothing happened, just duplicate the grey files with playable ones), change the music library, take off or put on the marks on the manually manage music etc etc....all the possible solutions that I found on the internet....

What I mean when I say not on my current iTunes, is that I had to switch computers due to mine breaking, so I lost all the music from that itunes and had to switch to a new computer. So the deleting and syncing trick will not work since I don't have the music anymore. Its bull if I seriously cant get my music and have to re-download everything. May 14, 2012The camera on my Iphone 4 has started to take pictures where part of the picture is a big grey rectangle. They look this way both in the iphone photo album and after import to iphoto. When the photo is first taken, the animated shutter opens and first it shows the whole photo for a split second, then it flashes to the grey photo and that photo is animated to the the little thumbnail to the bottom left of the screen. This doesn't happen with every photo, just once in a while and only started happening recently, after an update to iOS 5.1.1.
