Apr 25, 2012First of all the laptop that had all my songs on it decided to get a "blue screen of death" and my dad won't fix it. Second of all, my dad decided to give my little sister my iPhone 3G for her birthday while I got his iPhone 3GS and he upgraded to the iPhone 4G. To switch the data he had to go through all of our iTunes accounts and do some removing and restoring. When we got our phones back regular data like pictures, apps, and contacts switched just fine. However, my phone had all of my dad's music instead of mine. I could've easily fixed this problem by getting my songs back, but my laptop is broken. What should I do?

Nov 25, 2011When your typing on the laptop dock 100 using the Photon it often reverts back to other parts of your sentence. Which my cause you to start typing anywhere in sentense. For instance if your typing the the Sentence ( I really like my laptop dock but) while your about to type a word after your last in may revert back to maybe like and continue your typing. Which messes up everything. It does it often. I returned one laptop dock and received another one but it still doing the same think. There doesn't seem to be nothing in setting on phone or dock that I see could help with this.

I have a first generation Touch, that has a flat back and it's harder to comfortably hold in my hand compared to the rounded back of my iPhone 3G. I never thought the rounded back would make that much of a difference, but it does. Any thoughts?

After restorting I realised the most recent back up I had was for April. So I used that back up. Mar 22, 2012Today I had my new iphone 4s delivered, I charged it using the wall charger and when I went to sync with my itunes, the phone wasn't connecting to the laptop, I phoned apple support who talked me through re-installing itunes, when he suggested I try the phone on another computer(which was air mac) my phone connected straight away, the apple adviser said the problem would be with my windows, but its all completely up to date, I've got windows 7, thing is, my old phone (3g) connects fine and itunes is opened straight away, why wont it work with the iphone 4s.

May 16, 2012I have recently bought a new HP laptop and now it will not install the correct drivers for my third party cable to allow me to sync my iPhone.
With my old laptop I used the same cable and it synced fine so I don't think it is a problem with that, however when I plug it in to the usb port is says "USB not recognised" then says that the unrecognised device has been installed. Yet my iPhone doesn't show up in iTunes.
