I'm sure everyone has seen the PacMan wallpaper for the iPhone by now. I used it on my iPhone 4 and loved it but was disappointed that it was made in the older iPhone resolution, so it looked stretched out on the iPhone 4.
Well, I decided to redo the entire wallpaper by hand, and here are the results, feel free to use it. I am not the original creator of this wallpaper, so credit for the idea goes to whoever created the first version. Enjoy.

Just switched from Note 4 to S6. So problem is i have some great high-res wallpapers and when i set it as wallpaper it's not showing in high quality, I didn't had that problem on Note.
When i look at the same image in gallery it's stunning, but when it's set up as a wallpaper its not that sharp as it should be. Same probelm in TW and in Nova Launcher.

should do have a permanent wallpaper on my screen except the one that came with the phone, everytime i set a wallpaper of my choice and after some applications and downloads it reverts back to the wallpaper that came with the handset, i have already tried so many times without real success
may i know how to change the lock screen wallpaper without changing the main screen wallpaper?and without using 3rd party app.if must using 3rd party apps to do it, which apps is suitable for changing lock screen wallpaper beside GO locker?
My iPhone 4s basically automatically powers off at 17% all the time, as if it's ran out of power. It only started doing this like a week ago for some strange reason :/ It used to turn off when it reached 1% but now it's 17%.
I am currently with Vodafone in the uk and about 6 months ago I recieved a text message saying I was close to my data limit of 750mb and that they would provide me with an extra 250mb charged at £5 per shot. I downloaded a data usage app to monitor my usage and it was climbing at a ludicrous rate. As imaginable when I contacted Vodafone to inform them of the issue they didn't want to know and were not the slightest bit interested in the problem at all. I decided to return the phone to apple who after literally 5 minutes of using the phone said that there was defiantly and issue with the handset and that due to it still being under warrenty they would replace it free of charge.
Now this problem seems to have reoccurred where as I very nearly went over my limit last month I put this down to playing draw something through 3G and susiquently deleted the app. I decided to reset my data usage on the iPhone I have this morning already used 20mb + in just under an hour. It isn't as through it climbs when not being used it just seems to use loads or recieved data when I'm surfing the net.
Where can i find this wallpaper in this picture for my iphone?I looked everywhere, googled and what not and i cant find it, i really like that wallpaper
In the past, before iOS4, I was able to assign hi - res picture to my contacts.When someone called, the large picture would show up,not the little pic in the top right corner of the screen.Yes,I am using the Google sync/exchange.But I also know that assigning a picture to a contact on the iPhone will use that picture and it will be hi - res.Now,after iOS4,its 50 - 50.I've assigned a picture to my wife. And the picture is hi - res.When she calls I get the large picture.But assigning a picture to my son, its resized so when he calls I only get the small picture and is a low - res version of what I assigned.I haven't changed any settings in Google either.So what might make some pictures show up correctly, and others not?Any ideas or anyone else experiencing this as well?
I'm currently using a late 2008 15" MBP, which obviously has a quality display all on its own. Not having one in to compare to, does anyone have one of the new i5/i7's with the optional high-resolution display, along with an iPhone 4, that could share their experience in comparison between the two displays?
I may be spoiling myself, but I'm tempted to upgrade....
This seems like it might be useful for most people: I want my ringer volume low when still or at home etc, and High when on the move. (I don't drive) Any Apps do this? Can it be done by writing my own App?

When i turn up the volume to high (when it goes red on the volumebar on screen) i cannot turn it down again via volume buttons.
I can turn up to maximum and turn down to where the red level begins, but i cannot turn down below the red line. Between, if i use the volume settings on screen, theres no problems.
If i turn down below high settings i can adjust via buttons fine but as soon as i get up to high again it wont turn down via buttons. Its the same with buttons on phone and on headset. I have done a full reinstall of iphone with no change to the problem.
I use MS exchange email and from time to time it is appropriate for me to mark an email I have created as "High Priority". You know, so the little red exclamation mark appears in the email header. I used to have a Galaxy S4 and this is quite a simple feature, I am disappointed to not find it on the iPhone.Â
When do you think developers will start updating their applications to support our new retina screen with high - res images?Will all apps be updated with it?
This turns out to be the single biggest disappoinment having done the switch from Blackberry to the iphone (after 10 years of using a Blackberry).
The reference to the Stone Age that I have come across in other forums seems more than appropriate, but I am hopeful that this ridiculous shortcoming will be / has been addressed by Apple.
I just got the 5s and when placing or receiving a call, the sound is very low. I can barley hear the person on the other end. if I switch it to the speaker I have no problems hearing them. All other sounds, music and tones play fine and I've checked the volume button on the side and the sounds button under settings, everything is turned up to high. Is there any other place on the phone or settings to go to?
I'm looking for some hi resolution images of the iPhone 4.Not wallpaper,I've seen enough threads for that. I've tried the ones on APple's website but they're pretty bad.Googling was no hep either.
i have a jailbroken iphone 3gs w/ Winterboard and i have installed user wallpaper 4.0 / user lockscreen 4.0 and my Lockscreen photo and Wallpaper have the same photo which if i go into settings->Wallpaper it shows clearly lock & home have two diffrent photos. It was working a few days ago and i just noticed it today.
Are there any plan to allow iphones to have an animated wallpaper, i used to have them on my Sony Ericsson and would love them on my iphone 4 (and whatever iphone comes next!)

I updated to iOS5.1 and am noticing high battery drainage. Battery 100% charged can not last the entire day.Previously it was not so. No change in usage habits!! Is it some reported bug in iOS5.1. I updated to it directly while on iOS 5.0
I am using an iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.1.1 and had no problem with it so far, but couple days ago I installed the smartsync app (syncs my contacts with facebook) and since then all of the apps are keep crashing because of the wired memory goes up really high, crashes the phone and do it again. Even if there is no app open, the wired memory goes up really high and crashed the phone and then do it again. So the battery dies really fast, and you cannot really use any app! I deleted the smartsync, I did a restore and a back-up
I have a iPhone 4 that signed up to Sprint, and I've had this for 5 months and nothing happened. Now my iPhone is not sending text messages or sending calls. Even when my Sprint signal is high, it doesn't seem for the text messages to go through or heck not even the calling. Only when my iPhone is in Extended "Roaming" it could send texts and calls. Is there any suggestions into solving this issue? Or do I need to replace this iPhone? I tried turning it off and on (didn't work), and Restoring the iPhone (still didn't work).
