May 10, 2012I updated to OS 5.1.1 but now App Store only brings up very old Apple ID when trying to update. I have changed ID/Password on the support page and can access my account through iTunes and even through Settings>Store>Apple ID. I have signed out/in, restarted phone and everything works fine EXCEPT whenever I try to update apps through App Store it brings up an apple ID I haven't used in years and is not even recognized on the support/reset pages.

Jun 20, 2012I have an iPhone 3Gs 16GB running iOS 5.1.1 build 9B206. Since the upgrade to iOS 5 we have experienced the phone being shut down (crashes) while using them. At first I thought it was due to low battery, but it does it at full charges as well. It does it more specifically with apps that use a lot of memory (or refreshing of information online), such as maps, weather, facebook, etc. Should I revert to an earlier iOS?

They automatically take me to a security info page, there are 5 blank questions i must fill in e.g. whatwas first job I had. but every time I select answer it refreshes the page, so i can never finish updating the security info and thus i cannot download/install any more apps on my iphone.It is very weird because I already have ONE security question on my apple ID, so why do I need more?And the fact it refreshes etc worries me that im being hacked/a virus of some sort I cannot change my security info anywhere except on my phone it seems?I tried on my apple ID, but its different, as thats not the same format, it is only one Q, whereas i was asked 5 on my iphone?

Jun 11, 2010I've recently updated my firmware version to 05.15, and upon starting Maps (sorry I don't know which version I have currently), I get an error saying "Cannot open application. Get latest version from nokia.com/maps". I've downloaded the appropriate file (selected using the tool on the website), but I cannot install version 3.01 as my phone will not install a .sis file. Is there a .sisx version of Maps which I'm obviously not seeing somewhere? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

I believe that this began when I downloaded I-tunes, moved my music from my computer over by using genius. After this is where I believe my problem may have began, my husband offered for me to load music from his I-pad to my computer and add it to the music that I had loaded to my i-tunes. From this time on my games will not open when I try to open them, and all of his apps have been added to my iphone. It appears that HIS apps will open on my phone, but mine won't.

However, after I download a new app, re-authenticate my password, the other apps work. I just don't want to re-authenticate every time i open the app.

May 16, 2012When I click on the app, it looks like it's going to open but then quickly goes back to the screen. I've tried turning off my phone, restarting it, and resyncing the apps on iTunes (where you check and uncheck the apps). Because I downloaded most of my apps on my phone, not the computer, the checking on iTunes only fixed the apps I bought on iTunes. I'm currently downloading the new update, 5.1.1, but still have 2 hours left. How can I fix the apps I bought on my phone?

Jul 1, 2012I have restarted the iPad many times. I have restored the iPad, both from a backup and as a new iPad twice each. I have downloaded a bunch of free new apps or reinstalled old ones from the App Store directly. All of my apps are updated of course, and work fine on my 4S. They will not work on my brand new iPad. The apps that I have loaded from the App Store, so not the ones as part of iOS 5.1.1, have not worked since the first time I booted up and synced the iPad.
