May 25, 2012I've tried the standard steps; press and hold an app until it "wiggles", then press the black cross, but nothing happens. In fact, the phone freezes and the only way to stop all icons wiggling is to complete a reset (press and hold power and home button).

Cannot Update Apps Through AppStore On IPhone 5s
Aug 27, 2014I currently have 17 apps that need upgrading on my iPhone 5s. The little red number on the app store is showing me this. When i try to update the,, whether all of them at once or just individually, I get the window to type my apple Id password. After typing in my password, the rectangular update button on the right side just next to the app symbol changes into the usual circle, BUT then it stops and changes into the upgrade symbol again.
It seems impossible to upgrade my apps. I have the latest version of iOS, I tried to sign out, restart the phone, switch off restrictions.

May 21, 2012I upgraded my iphone 4 to ios 5.1.1 using itunes. After which I started using my phone as usual.
I was not able to upgrade or download apps from AppStore using wi-fi or 3G.
When I select any app for upgradation or downloading it starts, But It stops at 'waiting' stage , And never goes to 'loading' stage.

Mar 27, 2012I recently bought an album from iTunes. I hate the music but I cant manage to delete the album.
1. If I delete it from iTunes it stays on my iPhone, then when I synch it comes back to iTunes.
2. If I uncheck all the songs from the album then set synch to "only synch checked songs", it still stays on my iPhone
3. If I check "backup to cloud" or "backup to computer" it doesn't make a difference!!

Jun 17, 2014How do I delete an entire album that i purchased on my iphone 5s? It won't let me and I want to make some room. Before i upgraded to this iOS 7, i could just swipe and delete an entire music album on my 4s which I did not upgrade to iOS 7 because I didn't want hassles. Once I upgraded my iPhone to the 5s, Ihad no choice and now I'm stuck. I tried deleting all the songs off the album hoping that would work, but I'm stuck with one song and it won't even give me an option to delete the last song.

Aug 21, 2014I have tried everything to delete ALL music from my phone to start again.Â
I have made sure the music is not backed up to the cloud, I have shifted all purchased music from purchased folder in itunes to the library. I have unticked all music in my library and then deleted all music from my iphone. I have checked the only sync ticked music and clicked on APPLY. What do you know the music is still showing on my iphone. I have powered off and on my iphone.Â
Result = still music on my iphone that is not on my library, nor does it appear on itunes as existing on my iphone but it appear on the phone. Oh and I have switched off home sharing just in case this is impacting.Â

Dec 7, 2014I cannot delete purchased tunes off my iphone 4s. I do not have imatch and I disabled the cloud from my phone. I use 2 different computers and I think this causes problems (which has nver happened in the past). I am beyond frustrated because I downloaded these songs for a wedding and I hate the music! My phone won't let me swipe the songs to even give me the option to hit delete. I believe they are all on the cloud, but I don't use the could and I have disabled "show all music" in my music settings. I even deleted all my songs from my storage and resynced my library with the computer that I didn't use to buy the songs with.Â

Why can't I (or can I?) just view my iTunes purchase history? I've held off on re-downloading a couple apps that I suspect could actually be sequels or "pro" versions of apps that I have already bought. Is there a purchase history somewhere I can pull up that I'm missing?

Can he have 2 iCloud accounts on his phone that have different billing, so he can get apps from both of us? Will home sharing do this? Jun 24, 2012For about a month now any new purchases in iTunes on my computer will not sync to my iPhone. In the My Phone > iPhone >Apps window I move the new apps onto the iPhone screens. Then press Apply to sync. It starts to sync and then on the step (3 I think) - determined tracks to sync, the apps disappear from the iPhone window and are not added to the iPhone. I have restored, resetted, restarted, downloaded and reinstalled iTunes etc...
