I had to update my itunes, then I synced my iphone 4s to it to download some music and now my apps won't open on my phone. They flicker when pressed and nothing happens. I've tried powering the phone off and on and resetting it. I've also manually shut the apps down.

I've had my new iphone for a couple of weeks and it's not syncing apps with my itunes on my macbook pro.
I get an error message saying that they couldn't be synced as I am not authorised on this compter. I've clicked on authorise this computer that hasn't worked and I have also tried deauthorising and authorising again.

I have a 3gs with OS4 on it, which i recently JB with the website method. I have downloaded apps onto my phone via installous and when i go to itunes and sync, it deletes all those apps. I have tried and stopping the sync, and then choosing: "Transfer purchases from" and it works with some of my jailbroken apps, but not all. The ones that dont transfer over to itunes dont stay on the phone.Also i noticed that all my folders on the phone disappear and i have to keep organizing all my applications (major pain).

i am stuck in a tricky situation and would things first i know this is quite a frequently asked question as i have done a bit of searching on the net about it however could not not find anything that totaly matches myproblem, i have recently purchased a brand new laptop which runs windows 7 compared to my old desktop which ran XP, i have tried syncing all of my iphone 4s contents onto my new laptop's itunes library including everything not just music or videos and i got the infamous pop up "The iphone is synced with another Itunes library. Do you want to erase this iphone and sync with this Itunes library" the problem is that my original itunes library does not exist no more as my desktop was completly wiped and had XP redownloaded onto it again because it had a virus, which also wiped all of my hard drive so i cant even get everything i backed up off of my phone from it, i have managed to sign in to the itunes store and allowed my laptop to work with itunes,i have also transferred my purchases from my phone to my new itunes library but this only includes my apps and obviously not my contacts and photos and everything, i still get the pop up if i go to sync my apps from my library anyway, is there any way i can delete my original itunes library without it even existing anymore so that i can just start afresh and sync everything i have on my phone now directly to my new itunes library? or do i need to purchase this iphone rip/backup/store software that everyone goes on about or something? to be honest its really annoying my now as i just want to be able to sync everything like how i used to,

I updated my 3GS to 5.1.1 and the phone and contacts now crash when I open them. SMS still works and old messages are still on phone but the contact information is missing (only numbers). Mail works, and calendar works also. I've restored from back up 3 times now but still no joy. Same problems. Cannot open mail, contacts, calendars in settings - presumably because contacts crashes.Looked on forums and tried merging contacts with iCloud but the merge crashes when I select contacts.I only upgraded because iTunes badgered me to do so every time I connected. Well it will open for a second and then it closes and goes right back to the app page. I tried shutting it off by pushing the top button and home button at the same time but it didn't work. I tried downloading a new app and then going back to the original app I wanted to use and it still didn't work, I tried shutting it off, then plugging it in, but my phone turns on automatically when i plug it in so that didn't work either. When restoring iPhone to factory defaults, the same thing will occur...
So when you open Settings General Usage (after a while you see installed APPs) you notice that these apps either deleted (because of syncing), or got hidden(icons disappeared)
Is it so difficult for Apple to that? Or is it Apple's Policy not to do so?
What will go wrong if I open more than 11 pages for my APPs ? In my Samsung Galaxy I did opened more than 30 Pages ! Why using the bluetooth is complicated? Why it is not compatible with Non-Apple bluetooth products ??
