At least once a day, several different applications that are 3rd party do not respond. When I click on them they just flash and then nothing happens. I have tried a restart and I have also tried forcing them to close. I have turned off my phone as well. This is only the applications I have downloaded like flashlight, facebook, voxer, etc. What do I do?

Since the last update of maps for Nokia Maps, if I want to use my Nokia 500 as a GPS, I get the message: Car navigation can't start at this location (Autonavigatie kan niet op deze locatie beginnen.) I can print over wifi with my Macbook Air, and it works on my iPad, but I used to be able to print with my iphone 4 and now I cannot. I have done a reboot on my iphone, and that doesn't work.

The auto login function to my tmobile Hotspot has worked for over 1 year without any problem on my iPhone 4. After migration to ios 5 / ios 5.1 the function doesn't work any more and i have to login manually, each time.
I use the same iPhone, telekom phone number, telekom login account id, telekom account password. The manual login works without problem. Nothing else has changed, but the ios upgrade. So it seams to be a bug in the ios upgrade.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have a SGS2 that is one year old, I still use gingerbred 2.3.3, and I haven't attempted anything special prior to getting the problem. I first noticed I had a problem when I booted my phone yesterday: booting took much more time than it use too, but then it worked. After entering my password, I got access to the usual page, but then, pop-ups appeared one after the other saying: "Sorry, need to close the application "name it". Thanks for trying again" (don't know what's the precise wording in english because mine is in an other language... still, you get the picture). The phone still works for calling, SMS and a bunch of apps... but applications like facebook, twitter, lookout, dropbox and a few games won't boot anymore.
Other things I noticed:
- I lost a few apps (at least 2) that disappeared completely from the phone
- I can't erase the cache when accessing settings/storage. Also, it won't recognize the SD Card space availability in the storage section. However, when looking at it by accessing settings/applications/memory usage, I can see what are the apps on my SD card.
- There is no correlation between the apps that have problems and the ones found on the internal SD memory card.
- Over the past month, my phone would sometime reboot after being closed. Didn't happen frequently, but I read this could be linked to the USB port? Anyway, just saying it here while I'm typing something.
- Finally, I have the feeling the OS version is not the one i had previously (downgraded?) because several apps asked to be updated after rebooting the phone a few times. Just I feeling because if i changed the OS for an upgrade, it was over 10 months ago.
So that's it. I already tried booting with the three buttons trick to erase the cache in basic mode: didn't changed a thing.
I bought my new Nokia Lumia 800 this weekend and started using it. I have downloaded certain news site applications and found that working on weekend. But then observed that it is opening only when used with WiFi, but does not open in 2G/3G connection. This is new to me. I was an Android user and use to browse the same news site applications with either wifi or 2G/3G. The news site applications are: Times of India and Ibnlive.

View 6 Replies View RelatedThe version 3.1.1.21 for the BlackBerry App World is not working for my BlackBerry Pearl™ 3G 9105. The problem is that I cannnot fully access to the app, because it frozes! Furthermore (and consequently I think) my network does not work anymore. I mean that the browser web is ok (and I can surf, even if at low speed), but all the applications do not work properly. And even when I am trying to download the official app world (again) from the official site it won't work. To download 2MB it will take all night long! This is not possible. Another example: the maps are not working anymore and the roads appear after a long time. It is not a problem of the mobile carrier!!! What should I do? I am desperate because I cannot use my phone anymore! I also tried to return to the previous version of the app but the problem hasn't disappeared yet!
I tried to re-install the software (v. 6.0.0.668) but had the same problem. Then tried again and deleted the file "Device" from C/Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader (not the "vendor" file because it does not exist). But anything happened! Thought it would have re-installed the previous version of the App World but it did not! I am really desperate because I do not know what to do.
I do have a N97 mini for some weeks now (non-branded phone bought in Germany) and until today it worked fine.Since today the USB connection to a PC does not work anymore -- after connecting the N97 mini to a PC the PC does not recognize the new USB device and there is no selection menu on the N97 mini. In addition there's no message on the phone that the battery is charging.
I tried this with different USB cables and different PCs - on both PCs the USB connection worked before without problems.I can still charge the batterie with the normal charger (which also connects to the USB port).What can I do to fix this error?
