In spite of registering with "do not call" I still get calls I would like to block.Ideally I would like to just mark a recent call number as "Block" for when the same caller tries again. What's the best way to get this done on my iPhone 4?
I have uninstalled the "SMS + Call Filter" app (had to do this through Storage settings - what's up with that?), and reinstalled the SMS + Call Filter app using the SysAppPusher app. It still fails when I try to use it: "Something went wrong"
If I long-press a number in Call History, it allows me to process that number. However, the number really isn't blocked - it continues to ring.
From reading Windows Central forum posts, as well as other fora, this appears to be a prevalent problem with the 950 and Windows Mobile.
I frequently get unsolicited text messages on my C2-01 from people I don't even know. Is there anyway to block messages on this phone? Or at least make the phone not sound when receiving a text message? Or any application to block/ignore text messages from a specific number?
This may sound silly, but there are certain times when I text a particular number that I should not be utilizing. Aside from the obvious "self control" answer, is there a way to "block" a number so my device will not let me call or text it?
I have a S2 on UK Vodafone contract even though I am currently living in NZ. My phone is a UK model.UK Vodafone have terminated the Passport service as of 1st November which means I now go on to NZ roaming which at ´┐Ż1.65/NZ$3.30 a minute is somewhat steep - I also pay that amount for the incoming call.I now need to block all incoming calls on my phone so as I am not tempted to answer calls at odd times of the day or night (quite hard when we are 13 hours ahead of UK and totally out of sync with them) and pay extortionate amounts of money BUT I need to leave the phone available to make and receive text messages. It is not as easy as to just get a NZ phone contract as this was my life line with friends and family in UK until my provider pulled the passport service so need to disable the phone I have.how to do this so as I can still send/receive text but NOT receive voice calls on my S2?
