My iPhone 4s keeps telling me that I have 13 apps waiting to download, but they don't download, I have downloaded other apps and it's when I do this it tells me about the apps. I have made sure that there are no up dates for all apps as well as making sure that the phones software it up to date and have switched the phone off for the master reset, but I still have the problem.

After upgrading ios 5.1. I cannot update apps on iphone so I tried to solve this problem.... rebooting, all resetting, all network resetting etc. But I cannot handle this. When apps are being updated I can see waiting under icon but does not progress any more. Over the past few days I have been having issues updating and downloading apps. When I go to do either, the app or apps just sit there "waiting", sometimes for hours. Eventually they will download or I will just connect to the computer to update. This is happening on both 3G and wifi connections.

My iPhone 4S will not download updates to my existing apps or new apps. Every attempt at downloading simply goes into a "waiting" status. I know it's not my network because my wife's 4S downloads apps no problem, as does my daughters iPod Touch. I have tried completely shutting my iPhone off and turning it back on. No luck. I've signed out of iTunes and back in. No luck.
Right now the only way I've been able to get updates and apps onto my phone is by syncing it, which is ridiculous. I don't understand why this suddenly started happening. I've had the phone since November with zero problems. I know it's not server traffic because my wife's downloads come in quickly on the same network. I haven't been able to download anything in several weeks now.

To start off, it is an iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1 with Verizon's network. My iPhone is NOT downloading apps at all. Their download icon appears on my screen but never gets past "Waiting..." Now I am connected to a wifi network, with iCloud supporting my 4th Generation iPod Touch running iOS 5.1 and the iPhone 4S. So I've plugged my iPhone into iTunes to attempt getting the results I wish to acquire and it went alright until the download stopped a little under halfway through the download. it does not resume, it just stops. So after getting irritated, I go to my iPod to see if it can download apps, and sure enough the apps I want are sitting there on the screen. How is it possible that my iPhone 4S that is brand new can download apps, but my iPod that is slightly older can just download apps off of iCloud sync...? Please help, I need to download apps, my birthday is coming up and I plan on spending $50 on apps & music, I can't do that if I can't download any content!

At first I thought, maybe it shows if you have it installed, went to another app that I have installed, wasn't there. Then I thought maybe gift the app, but Pandora is free, why would you gift a free app? Then I thought, well this is how you show if an app will be made for multitasking, so i checked Skype, wasn't there. So i was wondering if anyone had an idea of what the + means. Now that I have your attention... I had 2 pages of apps on my iPhone. I did a reboot holding the power and home button like I always do very so often. Phone came back on and all 3rd party apps are gone off my phone!
One other time before this when I did a reboot it gave me the apple logo with the spinning wheel inside it and wouldn't boot up.I was jailbroken on 4.01 the 1st day but have done multiple dfu restores since than. Shouldn't it be working perfect?
I have a 3g and I am JB with rock. Last night my phone would no longer launch any app store apps. All the apps when started immediately crash. All native apps as well as all JB apps work fine. I didnt install any new apps. I did update Rock but I cant remember if it was doing that before or after the Rock update. Any one know how to fix this without a restore. I sync my phone at work and a full restore is a PITA!
