Aug 13, 2010I can't send mail, but i can receive, and reply to them! when i write one, the contacts dont appear in the "to" section and i dont have the option "send".
My BB worked fine not so long ago, but after coming back from support, this has started to happen. I deleted and recreated all my accounts, tried all sorts of things, but nothing works.

BB Storm 9530/9500 :: Can Send E-mail But Not Receive
Mar 30, 2010I am using a Storm1. As you know this weekend BIS did an upgrade. At the same time Verizon dropped Yahoo as their e-mail server.I went into BIS and made the incoming and outgoing changes. It took and I resent a service book.I haven't been able to receive e-mail since. I can send e-mail but not receive.I've done a wipe and everything else I can think of. Any ideas?

Apr 13, 2012When I go to voicemail it just dials my voicemail like the old days with a flip phone. I am no longer getting voicemail notifications either. Called sprint and they said it was apple's problem and a software update was needed. Apple denied this and recommended a hard reset which did not work. They are going to call me back later with other options to try to fix it but this requires that I have another phone which won't happen till later tonight. Any tips? I'd like to get visual voicemail back and I'd also like my old voicemails too! Is this a sprint or apply problem?

There are times when I can't make or receive calls or send or receive texts.When I attempt to make a call, it never rings and when I try to end these calls, it doesn't register that the call has ended. People receive these calls but when they answer, there is silence. If people call me, I don't get any notification of this.
When I send texts, the loading bar at the top of the page never reaches the end - the same things happens: people receive the texts but when they reply it never reaches me.I have replaced the phone and it did t make a difference. I am with Vodafone and I'm always in full reception when this happens.When I connect to wifi, the text messages (but not missed calls) come through.

Jun 18, 2012I have an iPhone with sprint, and it has worked more than amazingly prior to this. It wasn't until last night around 12am that this started. I have had the phone for 4 to 5 months now. The bars in the top left are flat and occasionally one will pop up. I can t make calls and texts are slow to or just don't send at all. I was messing around on my download app in the browser and it closed and then thu problem arises. I have deleted the app even turned on and off my phone several times and turned airplane mode on and off several times. Please help:/ this is not an issue with location, and everytime I make calls it just says "calling mobile..."

It was displaying "cannot get mail" and couldn't connect to the server, even after I updated my password on the phone. It seemed like it was reverting to my old password, even after I successfully changed it.Â
I switched to trying to access Yahoo through Mail - Other and it worked. I can receive my e-mails, but now it is not letting me send outgoing mails. It says "doesn't accept relays".

Oct 22, 2010I have had my Blackberry 9700 since July 2010 with no problem until this past week it has stopped making and receiving phone calls and I can't send or receive SMS. When I try to make a call, it instantly comes up with "Call Failed". I have talked to my carrier (o2) and they too cannot come up with a fix, there is no issue from there part as the sim card works fine on another phone. Strange thing is I can still use the internet on 3G, send and receive emails and my BBM works.

Cannot Receive Hotmail - Incoming Mail On IPhone
Sep 6, 2014I deleted and re-install my Hotmail email address my my iPhone. After re-installing the hotmail address using 'pop3.live.com' for Incoming and 'stmp.live.com' for 'Outgoing Mail'. I have no problem sending mail from my iPhone, however I am unable to retrieve 'Incoming Mail'. When I attempt to open my Hotmail Inbox, at the bottom it displays 'Checking for Mail' and then a panel appears displaying:Cannot Get Mail
The mail server "pop3.live.com" is not responding.Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings.I have read many of the messages pertaining to this issue, but none of the recommendations were successful.Â

May 11, 2012I can't seem to send mail from my phone. I can accept mail, but can't reply, or send images.
Also, when I plug in earphones (and I have tried three different apple earphones, and a pair of SONY headphones) the audio is panned hard right, and there are snatches of some kind of interference in the left ear/headphone, yet when I play it normally, through the speakers, the audio is panned equally.
