Mar 31, 2012I previously owned a HTC Windows Mobile phone that consistently showed 3G connectivity in certain areas not covered by Verizon. Now, I own the RAZR, and when in the same areas, the phone will not connect at 3G, but only at 1x, which really sucks down the battery, not to mention being totally unusable for any data needs.I realize that LTE/4G is only in the Verizon footprint, but I would expect to still be able to connect at 3G speed when in these non-Verizon locations.

Jun 12, 2012From today afternoon I haven't been receiving emails, I can't use BBM or connect to the internet. Twitter and other apps say there is no network connection. When I try to set up email settings it says that my connection to the mobile network is on, but I am not in a wireless coverage area. I am in my house, and I've never had any problems with wireless coverage until today, so I am not sure what happened. I have already reset the phone several times by removing the battery.

Dec 9, 2014My iPhone 6 will randomly lose internet connection on WiFi and LTE. No reason just loses connection. When it does it slows to a crawl. I have reloaded without back up and with back up.
It's ongoing and no reason for it. Battery life is reduced drastically as it seems it can't find a connection.

Sep 3, 2015Per the wifispeedtest, I have a signal strength of between 74 and 86%. Per a signal strength meter on my phone I have a signal of about -84 which to me is not that bad. I have a wilson signal booster in my house. It is approximately 30 feet from my computer and the phone itself is right there with the booster. I seem to get better service with it there. However, connection is slow and sometimes just goes away. I get 4g in and out where I live but it is spotty.Seems to me with such a signal, I should have better connection. Should I?

Sep 25, 2011Since the big crash last week, although my email, messaging etc has been restored, my Internet browser is incredibly slow. It loads evcentually, but it is very time consuming and inefficient. Messaging is fine - general phone connectivity is ok as well. It isn't the network connection as I have been all over the place in the last few days and it has beenb the same wherever I am. It isn't my home internet as my PC and husband's phone (non BB) is browsing the Net without issue.I've cleared my history, cookies, cache, changed my browsing settings to untick images etc to try and speed things up but it is no better. Oddly the Facebook and Twitter Apps seem to be ok, but the actual browser facility seems to be defunct. I've done the soft reset, and even powered off and removed the battery over night.

Apr 17, 2015Recently, I updated my xperia Z3 DUAL (D6633) to a 23.4.A.1.232_R4C firmware version. After that, I realized that internet browsing using WIFI connection is slow. Page takes too long to load.
Tried using either Chrome and Firefox. Results are the same. Disabling WIFI and navigating with mobile data (3G/4G) runs fine.
Made factory reset, clear cache and software repair using Phone Companion. Problem remains.
I tried other wifi netwoks. Tried same wifi using other devices. Problem is with Z3.

When I use search, the phone screen times out and shuts off before returning any results (times out after 1 minute). I have reset the phone this morning to start over but the problem remains. The speed is perfect using Data and WIFI off, but once WIFI is enabled, the internet comes to a near halt.
