I have had my I phone 4 a little over a month it will close out of applications on startup it also may take a few minutes then close when you are doing something in the application. I have had it close when creating a contact, reading an e-mail this is very frustrating I have backed everything up and even restored my phone. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
View 2 RepliesOkay, I really don't know how to fix the following things because I already did a soft reset, a hard reset and finally re-installed the software. Re-installing the software helped for a week or two, but now these things are coming back again:
- My 5530 always fails checking for updates (it keeps searching endless).
- Impossible to use Wi-Fi to check e-mail.
- Applications are closing randomly (most of the times Ovi Store, Internet and Settings).
And something else: when I woke up this morning, my phone didn't want to start up, I tried turning it on and off, without success, so I removed the memory card and then he suddenly started again. After that, I turned my phone off to put the memory card back in and he worked again with the memory card. I just wonder what could be the reason for this.
I wanna know what do i do to close open apps such as chat,watsapp..bucz i thought not being them means thewre closed. Buh wen i wanted to go on my mail it said to much opened apps, then it showed me all that was open an choose one. So i wanna know how do i close them...i still have alot that opened but im not using them...

I am unable to simply close the app. I have to completely log out which requires me to reenter all my log in information everytime i want to open the app. I have read the FAQ which says to go under setting/help and then exit. when i go to settings/ there is no help/exit option. all that is available is "log out".... which requires me to reenter all my credentials every time i want to restart the app.

When I open different apps on my iPhone 4, they automatically close before they open. I cannot access them. Also, I am not receiving text messages sent to me. When they come over, I see them, and they immediately disappear before I can open them up. Same thing happens in trying to send text messages.

I am using iPhone 4s and 5.1.1, I dont run "jailbreaks" or ever jailbreaked my phone, its 2 days old. I was moving along with some apps this morning, and it seems lately when I enable Multi Tasking then try to close some applications, my phone just freezes, I can not turn it off, basically can not do anything shy of putting it down and waiting anywhere from 2-5 minutes for it to come back to life.
This happens at least once per day but I am not sure if this is something related to the software or if someone else has seen this?
my iPhone 6 plus around a month ago, and this has been a recurring problem since the beginning. When I close apps from multitasking, I often get a split second where my entire screen turns blue and then goes back to normal. I only ask because I've done my fair share of searching on various sites to find no one with similar problems.Â
It should be noted that the issue only seems to occur when closing apps with high memory usage (Madden Mobile, True Skate, Vain Glory) and it occurs more frequently for some apps than for others.Â

where the onscreen keyboard doesn't hide / close / disappear when you leave the "Search iPhone" screen? It happened a couple of times in at least one other app (App Store) but happens every time with the search screen and only since I upgraded to IOS 5.1. The only way to clear the issue is turn the phone on and off, which is just a bit too Windows ;-)
The phone ia about 18 months old, has never been jailbroken and has always had upgrades applied as they come out.

I removed my battery like 3 times and and restarted it, it is still there. The application says "tweeting" under it. I even restored it and the problem still exists. keeps popping out on my screen. And the application that I want to use don't open anymore. Most of my apps (facebook, tweetcaster, web browser, messaging, everything!) keeps force closing. My HTC Sensation (Android 2.3.4) with Sense UI 3.0, is having problems with its Sense. Every now and then when I return to my home screens, the UI will reload itself. I first noticed this after playing a game, and I figured it would be to save memory it unloads it, or something, but now I also notice it after being in the mail app, or even the settings. As soon as I press the home button, it completely reloads the Sense UI, as if it crashed.
