Jun 6, 2012For the past month I have been unable to access my voicemail. I went to the Apple store and they told me it was a problem through my carrier, Sprint. I went to Sprint they told me it was Apple's fault. They claim they are waiting for a 'fix' from Apple. This is a known problem with the voicemail that extends across all carriers.

Apr 27, 2012I got an iphone 4s in November 2011. Beginning in February, my Visual Voicemail started disappearing from my phone without me deleting it. It has happened 4 times. It does not go into a deleted folder, it is just gone. I started paying attention to the dates of the messages, wondering if it automatically deleted a message after 30 days. But today my messages from April 12 were gone. I can't find anyone else who has this problem! Sprint is my carrier.

I checked call rejection, interruptions, blocking, and cannot find the root cause or remediation. I am also using tasker but I cannot find anything enabled there either. AT&T insists they are not doing anything on their end.

Jun 20, 2012iPhone won't 'sleep,' requires hard shutdown.Zero doesn't work on keypad. Many other problems. Can use phone only through 'contacts.' Talked to two Apple techs, one of them Level 2. Completely reset it twice. I assume they charged for the talks.Took it to an Apple store. No attempt or offer to repair. The store didn't even try, just said they could sell a new one for $199 -- even though our ATT contract expires in 10 weeks. Not the kind of service we expect from Apple. (We use MACs, iPads, iPods and two iPhones.) Meanwhile, we're out-of-luck with a useless iPhone that obviously has faulty firmware and other failures.

Apr 24, 2012I am wonderimng just how safe the iphone 4 is - if someone has access to your phone (say a family member) can they put sometrhing on ur iphone (that isn't jail broken) that tracks your activity - particularly things like messages in facebook (by using the messenger app that you can down load from the app store)? If so is there anyway to tell if it's been done? Everything I read seems to indicate that its not possible to install spyware on an iphone - but strange things happen - including slow response and being logged out of online accounts (ie facebook messenger). I know that one solution would be to restore to factory defaults but when you do this is it ok to restore your phone from back up or should it be rstored like a new phone (especially if the itunes account is a shared account)?
