We also need the user to have access to their emails (which when using exchange enforces a passcode). Is this the same passcode that is used for both by default? Because if it is then by allowing the user access to their emails they would by default have access to the code that allows them to change the settings of the iphone? How I can achieve something similar.

But someone is still in there! However, when I plug the phone to my computer(not a Mac) iTunes recognizes there is a unit there, but says I need to type in the 4-digit passcode on the iPhone to get access to it in iTunes. But the touch-screen is still broken, so I can't type in anything. Any solution? Can I type in the code or apple-password somewhere else?

I went to Sprint they told me it was Apple's fault. They claim they are waiting for a 'fix' from Apple. This is a known problem with the voicemail that extends across all carriers.

It does not go into a deleted folder, it is just gone. I started paying attention to the dates of the messages, wondering if it automatically deleted a message after 30 days. Jul 6, 2010I read on the front page how others were having the proximity issue like I was and that if you did a reset of settings then it could fox it. So I went ahead and did that. I went in and started changing all my settings back and I realized that the only option I had for my passcode was to require it immediately and not after 5 min like I usually do. I've done some searching and saw that a google or exchange account could cause this. But I only have mobile me.So that can't be it. The only other option I've seen is to do a complete restore.Whig I'd really like to stay away from. Does anyone have any ideas?
