BB Bold 9650 :: Bluetooth Stereo Audio Receiver Distortion?
Sep 1, 2010I just purchased and tested the Miccus Bluetooth Audio receiver.The setup and syncing of the device was easy and successful.However, as soon as I began playing back any media on the phone and outputting the sound via the wireless Bluetooth protocol, I heard very bad static and distorted sound on the stereo, which is connected to the Miccus receiver.I then tested the Miccus receiver on my roommate's 8530 blackberry and the sound was crystal clear! What gives? And could this be a software or hardware issue with the 9650?(phone calls via separate bluetooth headset work fine)

IPhone :: It Cannot Connect To Car Music Stereo?
Jun 21, 2012I've got a music system in my car to which it is possible to connect my Iphone 4 I bought a cable 'Belkin iPhone / iPod AV Cable' which can be used to connect the Iphone and music system.
When I try to put the ipod connector in my Iphone I get a dialog box up 'Can not use accessories. There can only be an accessory at a time.' Audio system will not have a 'contact' with the iPhone.
I only put 'Belkin iPhone / iPod AV Cable' in my Iphone 4 but get this text. I've also tried with an Ipod 3 - with the same result.
However, the success of 2 times of approx. 50 to connect (1 time on the Iphone and 1 time on the Ipod). There I could easily play music and watch video of my car stereo.
Why do I get error text - which means that I can not use my iPhone to my stereo? FYI-the dialog box text is translated from danish to english using google translate.

BB Curve :: No Stereo Music From 8310 To Motorokr S9?
Nov 12, 2010I have had my ATT BB 8310 for almost a year and recently bought a Motorokr S9 Bluetooth Stereo Headset to use at the gym. (tired of getting tied-up in the wire!) Anyway, I successfully paired the S9 and everything works (Phone audio, music controls, etc.) except the music still comes out of the BB! I called Moto and they said it should work (I have 4.5.0.182 in the BB). When I power-up the S9, I get a connection message on the BB saying Successfully Connected and green checks for Hands-Free, Stereo Audio, and A/V Remote Control. But the music still plays out of the BB, not the S9.

Normally, I would listen to my music via bluetooth in my parents car but since my car stereo doesn't have bluetooth capability, I had to use USB. I didn't think I needed Bluetooth at the time I bought it since my iPhone that I had before worked flawlessly via USB. The stereo is an aftermarket Pioneer X35UI and all I get on the stereo is USB N/A. I was wondering if there was some sort of software/ workaround that would possibly make this possible to listen via USB. I could always listen via 3.5 mm jack but I wouldn't be able to control the music through the car. I would have to fumble around in my phone which is not good in a driving situation.

HTC One M9 :: Streaming Music To The Car
Apr 23, 2015I'm having trouble streaming music/media from my M9 5.0.2 to the car via Bluetooth. I can connect and use the phone just fine. The "media player" will only connect for 2-3 seconds and then drop the connection. I've tried to unpair and pair. I've tried deleting the phone from the car system and reconnecting. I've tried connecting using HTC Connect to pair. I've deleted the Bluetooth app cache and data then restarted the phone. I even disconnected the battery on my car reseting all the cars' data. I've tried all these things in multiple combinations and multiple times. Same result, drops the connection after 2-3 seconds.

Aug 13, 2014Does the Lumia 1520 stream music even if it exists on the SD card locally? It seems like the network active arrow indicator is on an awful lot when I am listening to music, even though I have the "show streaming music in my collection" setting off.
Also, I get error messages saying "Can't fetch rights. Sorry, this song may be unavailable for streaming. Please try purchasing from the store."
These are not subscription songs; I own them, they are MP3 format and not DRM protected and they are on my SD card locally.
I use the Windows Phone app to transfer songs from my Windows 7 PC to my Lumia 1520 with the 8.1 update.
I also get messages on some songs saying "Can't play. Sorry, we cannot play this song on your phone. It may be corrupted, or be an unsupported file type." so I suspect the files are corrupted in both cases and need to be resynched.

Jul 25, 2010Has anybody else had issues with streaming music using Bluetooth? The first 10-15 minutes I am streaming, the sound cuts out for about 1 or 2 seconds randomly. Calls work fine, seems to just be the A2DP profile. Thought it might have been Pandora at first with a weak signal, but it happens with music playing off of the internal memory as well.

I'm sending it back and getting a replacement for it, so i haven't uploaded my itunes yet, but i was playing the music over bluetooth from my phone. I get this little popup control menu (See Image), but it doesn't actually allow me to control the music. Is there any fix for this, am i doing something wrong? If Necessary, i've got a bold 9700 (fromt AT&T) running OS 5.0.0.602, and my laptop is an alienware m17x r1, with win 7 home premium.

Then it stops playing and i have to do a battery pull. to get it to start again. Is there a setting that limits the amount of data that can be streamed using wifi? It is really annoying, considering how long a reboot takes.

After the update, the buttons on my radio doesn't control the music anymore.The music is perfect!This also doesn't work with a bold9700. I think it's the new OS, because the old one works. The area where I live has 4G coverage, and my phone shows a 4G connection is established. I don't see any bandwidth throttling via the Verizon router at home, so the Motocast client on my PC should have full access to the available bandwidth.Is it possible to improve the streaming speed, or is this just an overloaded radio tower in my area and I'm out of luck?

Nov 16, 2011When streaming music to my aftermarket Alpine car stereo via bluetooth I constantly get 1/2 second drops in sound. It is intermittant but happens with almost every song, sometimes 1 or 2 times per song, sometimes up to 5 or 6 times, and some songs it doesn't happen at all. It does it while streaming through Napster or through downloaded music on the stock player, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. At first I thought it could be a loss of 3g or 4g signal or the Razr searching for the signal but it has happened in both 3g and 4g coverage area. So today I thought I would check it while stopped in a parking lot, and it continued to happen, I'm still in a 3g area til Dec. but thought the phone could be searching for a signal causing the drop of sound so I disconnected from bluetooth and the problem goes away, so I'm pretty convinced it is a bluetooth issue, I did not have this problem with my DX, so I do not believe it's an issue with my car stereo'e bluetooth adapter. I do not have any issues with phone calls but do have an issue with connecting to my bluetooth unit sometimes. In the settings it says paired but not connected until I click on the setting then it connects. Also, this does not happen while listening at home through the speakers or headphones whether I'm streaming or downloading via 3g or wifi.
