The first thing is why does android not have tts for texts built into the operating system? This seems like such an easy feature, but it is so important. I know it's not because it's technically challenging, because Windows Phone has had it for years, and I remember using it long before that, just not sure on what platform. So how did Google fail so especially in not including this feature?

I've been installing my BB but i have a password problem waht i can not fix.Everytime i want to look on my phone i need to type in my password.In th eoptionsmenu i tried to get it out but it won't work. enable 3G on my xperia mini ST15i? I have a 3G connection enabled by service provider but i cannot enable it on my xperia mini.
I find only 3 options which are:
1> WCDMA Only 2> GSM Only 3> WCDMA (pref.) / GSM
I find only these 3 options under, Settings ---> Wireless & Networks ---> Mobile Networks ---> Network Mode. I cant find anything that says 3G on mmy phone. Its been a week since i got the phone and i am trying to figure out how to emable 3G.
I have downloaded the launcher pro, added the themes, just as I did on my LG G3. I have the icon HOME on my screen and scrolled down to the FEATURE_USE_THEME just as I did on my other phone. but when I enable it I still do not get the theme option in my menu screen.
I have an iPhone 4 that I sync to iTunes (v 10.6). I used to have the ability to "Enable Disk Use". This was an option in the Summary page of the iPhone when synced. I have since updated the OS to 5.1 & I no longer see this option on iTunes when my phone is sync'd via USB cable. How to re-enable this?

If you buy an iPhone in the UAE FaceTime is disabled due to local carrier restrictions. This is understood and it is linked to the serial number of the phone itself but my question is as follows:- If on permanently leaving the UAE you go to a country that the carriers allow FaceTime is it possible to have Apple change the country registration of the iPhone serial number so that reinstalling IOS will allow the FaceTime option?
Try to enable restictions on iphone 4s. After I enter the password twice. The choices are dim and I am not able to change which apps i want to restrict.
