I opened my cam and it was just a black screen, so force closed it via multitasking menu. I then re-opened the app and its front facing only, swiping does not switch and the menu has limited options.
Have tried restarts and cache clears and force closes on the app.
I hit the "Reset All Settings" button on my Jailbroken 3.0 3GS and basically it would never reboot again (the Apple sign would repeatedly keep coming on but never actually reboot). So I put it into DFU mode and had to update it to 3.1.3. Good thing my last sync was September 8th, I'm definitely doing more syncs from now on. Anyways, will I be able to jailbreak again with 3.1.3 on a 3GS? I know the dev team is always coming out with new ones but I just wanted to make sure that this doesn't mean I'll ever be able to jailbreak again (basically I'm stuck without a jailbreak and really want one back, so I'm asking when's possibly the soonest it'll come out)?
View 8 Replies View RelatedI was just sitting here working when all of a sudden my iPhone blinked on with a white screen. Then it sat there for a few seconds on white and then it shut off.
When it came back on again I saw an Apple logo with a progress bar. I thought... okay, my iPhone crashed and now it's starting back up.
However, when it finished starting back up, I have the connect to iTunes and Emergency Call screen!
This SUCKS because I am expecting a call sometime today and I really need my phone to be working.
This just happened a few minutes ago. As some of you know, I was running 2.2.1. iTunes won't respond when I plug my iPhone in.
i was unable to send/receive texts for a little, and my phone said I had almost full 3G. so I restarted my phone and that "sad iPhone" wallpaper came up along with a notification saying how I was in safe mode, etc. so I restarted a few more times and now it's back to normal. should I restore or does this just happen sometimes?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI started out with a search, but wasn't able to find any oters with my issue, so here goes.Since two days ago I left my iphone 4 on the edge of my bed with the charger connected. At that time it was running iOS 5.0. In the morning my phone had shut down and I was unable to boot it up again. I tried holding the "Power" and the "Home" buttons simultaneously to try and reset, but to no avail.I also tried to reconnect it to the charger and let it sit there for a couple of hours. I tried 3 different chargers,still nothing.
After about 5 hours I tried the reset combination again and the phone activated (with a 100% battery status) and I was able to use it normally again, yet after 1 hour it crashed again and wouldn't activate for another couple of hours.I was able to turn it on a third time and quickly connected it to iTunes, which updated it to iOS 5.1. Sadly, it died again after an hour and now I'm unable to boot it anymore, no matter how long I wait.I know it isn't the battery seeing before the issue started it would easily go for 2-3 days. The Iphone is 14 months old and has never been dropped.

I recently updated my XPeria NEo V with build .587 .It was working fine since last 1 week, but when today I turned on my Bluetooth (this is the first time I have turned on Bluetooth after the update)My phone crashed and it restarted and it hasn't booted up since then! The starting SONY screen comes up, then the Xperia Logo Screen Comes up, and then it restarts all over again!

After this it stopped updating and told me i needed to reset my pc, i did this and afterwards the update stopped running, i hate to reset my phone and reinstate factory settings to get it to work.

My X2-01's home screen was changed, the internet was gone, my phone numbers on the phone were all gone. All the default themes and tones are gone. I checked my calendar, all my appointments were gone. Even the games that originally came with the phone, they were all gone. I tried to access the Internet via Menu, no luck.I was on the phone with T-mobile helpdesk almost an hour today, no luck. They e-mailed me the Internet settings etc and I did all step by step, no luck. It looks like the phone has crashed after daylight settings. I can still make phone calls and receive text messages, but it's pretty much what only I can do. Last night all I did was turn it off before I went to bed and turn it on in the morning.

I updated through iTunes and it had an error at the end. ( forgot the error code). It told me to reboot which I did and now all the phone say is connect to iTunes. I connect to iTunes and the computer chimes like it was plugged in but iTunes does not read it. Everything works fine when I use my iPad, which I updated through Wifi. I have rebooted computer and phone many times. iTunes won't even launch if phone is plugged in first. Windows 8.1 up to date. iTunes 11.2.2. iPhone was 7.1.1. Tried a few troubleshooting trick but still same.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm still pretty confused and with some of them out of date I'm not sure where I stand. The phone crashed yesterday and I need to try and rescue video of my godson's first steps which wasnt backed up!
It had half battery at the time. It has rebooted by itself in the past but dunno how often as I dont keep watch on it. I did notice over the course of the day that the widgets/shortcuts on the desktop had seemed to stop working, but didnt take the time to restart it.
Got a new battery (another 35Euro!) and had them both charged just in case. Here's whats happening. Dunno if anybody can decipher it:
- when I switch it on with the battery, I get the NOKIA logo, backlight and steady blue status indicator, goes dead after 30secs
- Battery out, usb in: status indicator one flash orange. Thats it until I put the battery in again and I get a vibrate and NOKIA logo without backlight. After 30 secs it dies and repeats this cycle automatically
- if I switch it on with the battery in and plug it in while the backlight is on, it again vibrates and has dark logo, except now orange light stays steady every second cycle. If I take the battery out, the orange indicator stays on.
I dunno what firmware is on it, but I dont remember updating it in about two months. I wonder if flashing is a suitable thing for me to try or is my phone a gonner?
